Absolutely amazing practice management software! The pipelines make it so easy to manage the returns, the estimate, and the planning workflow. Highly recommended.

Our firm has been using TaxDome for many years. It keeps our team organized especially during tax season. We rely heavily on this software and its a game changer for us!

TaxDome is great in so many ways. The only complaint I have is that too many times, 'updates' have ended up being 'downgrades' requiring more clicks to do the same thing that was easier to do before the update.

This is absolutely the worst developed application that I have encountered in my professional career. I've used many and my CPAs have used many however this is impossible to navigate impossible to get downloadable links for Mac iOS. What a truly waste of time this is.

TaxDome Runs well and allows our team to serve our clients well. There are some features that other platforms have that are not yet released for Tax Dome, such as tax return delivery automation and automated document request lists but those seem to be coming soon.

We have been using Tax Dome over a year now and it has been a great addition to streamline our process for clients and our clients for taxes. You can really customize how the pipeline works best for you. They are coming out with new features all the time. There is a lot of great support and customer service if you do need help to set up your clients in the beginning or anytime when you may need it. I definitely recommend Tax Dome!

Taxdome has been instrumental for me as a solo firm owner. I have only began to scratch the surface of the offerings, but just the organizer and client portal alone is well worth the price.

After our first year of using Tax Dome I'm looking forward to our second tax season, knowing how things are organized and how they work. I like the ability to text or email clients directly from the program, linked to the profile. Really great to be able to print to Tax Dome from Ultra Tax. Only thing to make it even better is to offer more flexibility with the screen view. Sometimes cannot see the actual documents with so many mandatory tabs and bars.

My firm loves tax dome. After several firm management softwares we have now been on taxdome for a year and a half. However, our biggest issue is getting the actual automation to work. I'm sure we're not alone in the struggle, as it's a new skill for us. I wish there was significantly more customer service to help with this as we pay over $1000 a month for this software, and I feel a little left in the dark.

The app and portal are very easy to use. You are able to upload all of your documents in one place.

Reason why I did not give the 5 stars is because of I keep having issues that the email is not syncing.

I love the workflow process. Using the pipelines and automations has made my job as the administrator so much easier. I also love how they are constantly improving and making things better for us and our clients.

I have worked with over 10 large and small CRMs and Practice Management Systems. I have yet to be disappointed with TaxDome or want to switch.

Nice once the pipelines/processes are set up, however I recommend keeping access limited and need-only. Not doing things in the right order or forgetting a step causes unexpected issues down the line.

Tax Dome makes the tax experience great for both new and existing tax clients as well as bookkeeping clients. Their communication platform, pipelines and integrated billing makes for a all in one seamless process

One of the primary reasons we went with TaxDome for our overall practice management systems was the perception that the platform would continue to push for innovation and we have not been disappointed! Customer support is solid. We look forward to more AI tools being developed in the coming months and years.

It's very simply to use and keeps everything organized

TaxDome has been a wonderful workflow solution for us! As a CPA firm that is unique in the clients we serve and with an untraditional workflow at times, TaxDome's customization and optionality have been perfect for us! It's also very user friendly, and they are always continuously improving functions based on client feedback!
