I approached taxbordr to help sort out the tax at the my bank in Portugal as a foreigner. I had a difficult and extensive tax situation to handle and was searching for a tax advisor where I had no need to go to Lisbon several times or have constant meetings and calls, since my free time is very limited. Already 2 hours after reaching out over a chat function ( on a Sunday! ), Telmo answered me very friendly and professional and wanted to gather more information about the issue and already a few days later he presented me a draft of an invoice about the discussed amount and was ready to do his magic. Telmo and Carol were constantly working on my case I had the impression since they provided me permanent feedback and also I could see the first results very soon. After not even 2 months the majority of my requests were handled with a positive outcome.
