In my opinion, they are absolute professionals in their field. Everything is always transparent. Pricing is always clear. Transfers are instant. I have both bought and sold gold through them and have always had a great experience dealing with this company. Their London branch is outstanding. 10/10.

Happy customer
Been there customer for a few times now and always satisfied with their service. Recently I was impressed how easy it was to deal with them as compared to other big online bullion sellers. From a price point of view they were the cheapest this time.

I bought a piece from Tavex but had issues with my bank and couldn't complete the transaction online, even after 4 days. Then I visited their office in person and made payment by card, which went through. The thing is, by the time I made the payment, the price of this item had increased by more than £500, but they honoured the original invoice they had issued. What a GREAT company! I highly recommend TAVEX to everyone.
