Tavex Bullion UK Omdömen

From start to finish I experienced first class service from a long established reputable company. The process was simple, straightforward, secure and I would have no hesitation in using Tavex again.

Always professional, reliable, I would recommend

They were cheaper than other brokers in the same street

Very experienced. Very competitive. Very professional. Very thorough. can highly recommend.

Tavexbullion.co.uk are a reliable helpful company for buying currency. I was given excellent help by Oliver to buy Albanian leks, which are unobtainable except from one other company in the UK. I ordered the leks at 1 pm on a Thursday and they arrived in my postbox by 8:30 am on the Friday morning. Amazing, I thoroughly recommend Tavexbullion UK

Exelent it was fast and reliable

Best price, well presented and delivered quickly. Plus a little sweetie!

I am happy with my purchase. Good price, fast shipping and delivery, plus a sweet surprise from Tavex :). I plan to buy from them again in the future.

As this was my first time purchasing gold, I found it very frustrating to get verification through to the company, as they had problems with their computer systems. It was days before i got verified, and the customer service was not very understanding, they just said they were having problems and would fix them as soon as they could.

I personally find team at Tavex to be of a very professional experience and very approachable, and always ready to advise.

A comprehensive business that professional and great customer experience

Really easy to buy with Tavex the site is clear. The team are very responsive and helpful. I do like the portfolio section and it's clear what you bought and it's current value. The 1g Tavex bar beats the market.

The company staff are quite professional, ensuring they guide me towards the purchase and that I actually wanted their products. The staff who interviewed me after the purchase asked questions so that I was not being forced to buy their products

Very good service

Fast delivery very please with coin 10 out of 10

Fast delivery

Have used them 4 times now first class all the time A+++++

This was my first experience ordering from Tavex and unfortunately an issue arose with my order which initially left me quite concerned. However, what really stood out was the way the matter was subsequently handled.

Sophie was absolutely excellent. From the moment she picked up my concerns, she was professional, understanding, reassuring and took the time to personally look into the matter and keep me informed. She genuinely made me feel that my concerns were being taken seriously and that the matter would be resolved properly.

Maryna was equally excellent when she subsequently took over the matter, acting promptly and bringing everything to a satisfactory resolution.
Problems can occasionally arise with any company, but for me the real measure of a business is how it responds when something does go wrong. Tavex ultimately handled my concerns extremely well, took ownership of the situation and ensured that it was resolved properly. The level of care, reassurance and customer service I received completely changed my impression of what had initially been a stressful experience.

I would now highly recommend Tavex to anyone looking to purchase precious metals or bullion. They have certainly earned themselves a repeat customer in me and, based on the way I have been treated throughout this matter, Tavex will now be my number one bullion company and my first choice for future purchases.

A huge thank you to Sophie and Maryna in particular for the way you handled everything. Five stars from me and thoroughly deserved.

Very good service, timely and professionally done.
