I purchased a bathing suit and it fits beautifully but, even more important, the customer service is amazing! I was leaving for a trip and mixed my days up, not realizing I needed the suit to ship faster. Customer service was prompt, expedited the shipment, and made the entire transaction so painless and pleasant. I can't say thank you enough.

Exchanging
I emailed asking about exchangnig a dress for a different size. The response was to use chat on the website; which was absolutely useless. I was unable to exchange the dress. I got the dress during the $65 sale. I could not send it back and order a different size as the dress would cost me more on the reorder. I needed a straight out exchange, but got no option to do this despite being told I could.

The shirt I purchased looked just like…Tight 1950s Shirt
The shirt I purchased looked just like its picture. But I bought it a size bigger than I usually wear as I wanted it to be loose on me and it’s actually too tight for me to wear at all. Very disappointing. Sizing is way off. Anyone who is interested in this shirt needs to buy it at least two sizes larger than they usually wear.

So gorgeous!! Material is nice and heavy for a swing dress so you don’t have to sorry too much about windy days. Its doesn’t have any stretch but that makes it nice and sturdy and makes it very flattering. In love!

Impeccable customer service
I accidentally placed two separate orders, and Tatyana caught my mistake and refunded the shipping cost on one of the items. They arrived together in the same package, in perfect condition. I will only every buy my Crinolines from Tatyana!
