Tasmanian Market - .com.au

I bought this product in Tasmania and was in love with it, so I came home and ordered more. I was charged for them but never received them or even got a follow up email (other than this email about leaving a review). I tried to reach the company but can’t get through. No idea if the website is a scam or the product got lost on its way to the U.S. it’s been 3 months so at minimum, it’s seems they would have sent a shipping notification or an explanation about why the product hasn’t shipped.

I have organised a charge back from my bank and made a complaint to the Tasmanian Fair trading agency about Tasmanian Market as I see other feedback is similar to mine - the company is accepting money for a service they have no intention of supplying.

Have not received order and no response to my emails.

I placed my order on 9 December and have heard nothing since despite repeated contact. I have ordered from here previously with absolutely no issue so I'm incredibly disappointed that this has happened.

Took my money, didn't process my order, phone numbers disconnected, didn't respond to their websites "live chat", and a Messenger message is only responded to repeatedly with "be with you in a sec" and nothing more. This website will take your money and run. Have made complaints to ACCC and my bank for my money back 😠

Like many others ordered my goods on 29th November and they have yet to arrive. Have sent messages and emails to no reply. Their advertised phone number is not connected. I have raised a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

I am extremely disappointed after placing an order more than 3 weeks ago and paying through PayPal but not receiving it. After trying to contact via email and their message space on their website there has been no reply. The phone number doesn't seem to work. Will not be using them in the future.

Have not received my order or tracking number, when I check the progress of my order it states that it is still awaiting Hobart staff packaging.

I paid by direct deposit and then didn't hear anything until this survey. I bought some soap a couple of weeks ago and it still isn't here.

The purchase of desired goods worked fine, but the actual website and the mechanics of making a purchase just seem a little outdated and clunky. Nothing went wrong and all worked successfully, but I think the progam / website could probably do with an overhaul to really make the purchasing experience really slick and enjoyable. Tasmanian products are excellent. I think their website should reflect this.

Had problems when trying to pay by PayPal for some reason. I attempted twice and still wasn't sure if order had been paid for. I then received your invoice which I gladly paid.
All good now I have my goods :).

The only good thing about this site is the products. Other than that, browsing sucks and purchasing should be easy, not convoluted. The pay system is a joke. One of the worst experiences purchasing online ive ever had.
