I used Tasmanian Gourmet Online to send a gift. It was beautifully presented with my message hand written & my son was delighted with the vegan chocolates which he tells me were amazing! The ordering process was easy & straightforward.

Sent directly to my daughter in law some gourmet gluten free chocolates for Easter. They arrived promptly. No fuss. She said they were delicious.

We would order the cooler items if we didn't live SO far away but don't trust couriers to deliver your cheese etc maybe next time when in Tasmania...

From ordering to delivery and tracking and notification of delivery excellent. The product of various cheeses , a bottle of bubbles, small jars of assorted condiments as was advertised. Sent from Tasmania to Perth arrived with in 3 days in a special packed box. No hesitation in using this company again.

I have put through numerous orders with Tasmanian Gourmet. I always use their curry bases. They always arrive boxed, timely and undamaged. I’ve never had a negative experience. I will continue to purchase their sauce bases in the future.

Money was deducted from my bank account 4 December 2023 yet hampers were not dispatched until 13 December. A phone call to Duncan resulted in an arrogant response with no explanation as to why the delay. I requested he contact Australia Post to see if the delivery could be hastened, his response, 'you expect me to be on the phone to Australia Post for two hours'. Further phone calls resulted in a message of 'mail bank full'. There has been no response to an email requesting assurance that the hampers were actually dispatched. There will be no further purchases with this company. Even today, 16 December I do not know if my children will receive their Xmas hampers. No customer service, no respect towards customers.

They are more than happy to take your money but when you attempt to raise an issue they do not respond at all.My order was not as described and fell well short.Luckily I paid through PayPal and got a refund but do not trust them.Duncan Garvey is dishonest and immoral in his business dealings.He responded straight away when I got a friend to enquire about a new order which proves he chooses to ignore his responsibilities toward other customers when it comes to issues.Shameful!
