Great service
I didn't know until I placed my order online, that IKEA offer a service to assemble my items.
What a great idea, everything was delivered when promised and taken up 2 flights of stairs to the room the furniture was to be in. 2 days later a the gentleman arrived at the time arranged and assembled my furniture, he made sure everything was how I wanted it and was very helpful and polite. Couldn't be more pleased with my order.

Very good service
Very good service. Sam arrived more or less on time, put up a tricky metal filing cabinet within 20 minutes. He didn’t need to check the IKEA instructions. All perfect.

Excellent service. The fitter was professional, an excellent communicator, polite and friendly. He kept us informed of arrival time, was very efficient and did a fantastic job. Thank you.

The person who came to fix my tap was…
The person who came to fix my tap was here for 20 mins but decided to charge me for 2 hours extra as he decided to charge me for his travel time. This was never mentioned at the time or was this on his profile. If I had known this I would not have booked him. He charged me £135 instead of the £37 hourly rate. I have raised a complaint and waiting for a response.
