This place is a joke
This place is a joke. They offer you a price for flights, then call you and tell you that your rate changed and wanted double the price of what they offered. Customer service was horrible!!!!!!! I would give this place a zero star if I could. Do not use this company to book anything! Then I told them to cancel my flight and they charged my credit card anyways.

this company is a fradulent company. I reported them to the attorney general office today. They change my flight, charge me lots more the advertise price. refuse to give my money back. had to call my bank. Stay away from them.

Worst experience booking flight
Worst experience booking flight, stay away. I booked a flight online, received a call after 10 or 15 minutes from a disrespectful and fast talking agent with attempts to change the booked non-stop flight with a layover flight. He flat-out came said he can make changes to the flight and can charge my card without my permission. I had to cancel my card and process refund for unauthorized charges. STAY AWAY from this site.

Process was horrible. Felt like a bait and switch program for just getting tickets. Representative to help not nice. Way home left hanging on availability to get home. Promised calls and emails nothing. Weather inclement so understood but I did call and ask for further support so I could book a hotel no return call so now not sure so taking my original flight with no options to home and getting pricy!! No refund??
