First time purchase
Received my bag and scarf today, both beautifully packaged. There was an issue with the strap I’d ordered - Michelle noticed that the clip was faulty as she was packaging it and refunded it straight away. Delighted with the quality of my messenger bag, looks more expensive than it actually was. Will definitely shop again!

Extra special touch to detail!
As the handbag I purchased was a present to be delivered direct to my friend, I asked for the price to be removed. I was contacted by email saying no problem and would I like a special message on the card! The attention to detail gives that extra special touch! Thank you so much!
