Absolutely horrendous company.
DO NOT part with your money, you will NOT see either it or what you are trying to purchase from these cowboys.

No delivery. No option to cancel and get a refund. No phone lines working. Emails and web chat unanswered.
This is a scam website. Ill be reporting the company and raising a dispute with my bank.

Terrible - very unacceptable behaviour from the company. I ordered for a JTP shower douche on 27.12.2025, I received an order confirmation. However since 5th Jan I have been sending emails to get an update on my order as I have not yet recieved any dispatch email. I tried to call them but keep saying they are having technical difficulties. I tried to use their chat service but they were unable to connect me to their agent.

My bathroom work been on hold because of this and I had now order another one from another company. They have already charged my credit card. I found a mobile number from my credit card company but no answer.

I placed an order for a shower tray 05/12/2025. No word from Tap n Shower re the order since then. No response to multiple emails sent. No one picks up phone despite trying multiple times. No item delivered. I will now claim for fraud from my Credit Card and buy elsewhere.

We ordered a small radiator from Tap'n Shower on the 10th of November 2025 (Towelrads Iridio, £121.60). Radiator was "in stock", money was taken from our account immediately. After several weeks nothing came, not even a shipment update. We were, at that time, already half way through our bathroom refurbishment. We tried to contact the company but they were, apparently, "experiencing technical problems with their phones". Neither sending emails nor filling up their online chat form, brough us any answer. Today (09/01/2026!) their phone problems are still to be "shortly resolved", there is no answer to our emails and we haven't received neither our money back, nor a radiator! It's been two MONTHS with our over £120 on their account. This company is a terrible scam - AVOID!!! We are going to take a further, more official, action.

Scam website. Offer products, will take the money, but never deliver. Paid over £660 for (ironically) a tap and a shower, in mid December. Delivery estimate 2-3 days on the site. Never received. No dispatch notification. Phone line doesn’t work. No one responds on the online chat. No response on social Media. No response to emails.

Update 15.01.26. Luckily, paid by credit card and bank have refunded me. Still no contact from the company. Definately a fraudulent company.

Unbelievable companies can get away with this!

NO NOT BUY FROM THIS RETAILER. They are taking orders but not delivering or refunding.

If you've experienced similar issues, report this fraud to the police. The more evidence they have, the quicker they can resolve this.

I am never normally one to complain but if I could leave zero stars I would.
Ordered an item a month ago. It stated delivery expected in 4-6 days. Nothing!!!! Tried calling them and an automated message details “technical issues” and directs you to a chat on their website. This chat is not manned. Wrote emails to them, no response. Eventually I got a standard response which stated they had been subject of a cyber attack; hence the difficulties.
But here is the point. The cyber attack has apparently impacted on their communication systems and their delivery systems. However, spookily it has NOT impacted on their website, their ordering system, or their invoicing systems. Funny that.
If they were a genuine business and had been subject to a cyber attack, you would think that they would want it sorted ASAP as it impacts on business.
In summary folks, please do not order from these scammers and go elsewhere. Thank you.
If you are Tap N Shower and reading this I challenge you to justify or challenge any of this.

Late with delivery.
Do not provide VAT invoice, a legal requirement when you are collecting VAT. Chased several times, now they claim phone lines are down. Do not answer emails or chat.

I ordered an item, which needed a specialised fitter (plumber). The item was ordered on 9th December 2025, item still has not arrived, plumber had to do a first fix, but no item, I had to buy a replacement product last minute from elsewhere.

They recently sent me a email stating they have had a cyber attack.l, sounds like an excuse.
I have tried to reach out to them through Instagram but no response. I am hoping they will respond to this, as it is external platform they cannot use the excuse of cyber attack.

Sent an email for a refund but no response The communication is really bad. One of the worst on line experiences. Avoid this company.

**DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY** I placed my order with Tap n shower, all I got from them was order placed, no confirmation of delivery. Tried to phone, but said lines were down, tried to chat on line with them, kept saying 6 minutes, then went up to 9 minutes, 1 hr later, still waiting 9 minutes, after numerous emails with no response. I eventually reported them to paypal, paypal looked into this for me and refunded my money back to me.
Be warned, do not shop here.

Ordered a Roman shower caddy.
Item did not arrive.
Offered a refund but not received since mid October 25.
Good job it’s £120 and not thousands.
Very disappointed . Looks like they’re keeping my money!

I'm fairly certain that this company is not fully trading. The phone lines are not working, their chat feature is not functioning, and they do not respond to emails. My order has not been processed, and when I looked on their Facebook page, there seem to be similar issues with other people asking for refunds or for the company to answer them. I have had to open a Paypal despute to try and recover my money. Don't go near them. They take your money, and then you simply have to fight to get your money back.

Have raised dispute with my bank who will refund

I ordered a shower screen one month ago. I have heard nothing since. My polite emails merely requesting an update have been ignored and the Company's telephone is permanently out of order. Tap & Shower is holding my money and I am unable to have a shower. I chose this company as it is family owned and I like to support smaller businesses. I am seriously concerned about Tap & Shower. There is zero customer service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I only gave 1 star because zero wasn’t an option. I wish I had researched them before trying to make a purchase. After placing my order, I received complete silence - no updates, no communication. Their phone lines claim to be down, live chat is unresponsive, and emails go unanswered. This feels very dodgy. I am now in the process of reclaiming my money through my credit card company.

Ordered a toilet seat that never turned up .. finally got an email saying it’s no longer stocked and I would receive a refund.. still no refund.. literally stolen £89 from me.. appalling company not to be trusted.. Do not order from these con merchants
