My experience was a rollercoaster from start to finish! 🤠 I have used their service a couple of times. On the last order, I received an email with instructions on which package to pick up because the team accidentally sent two. However, when the packages arrived, I noticed the same package number on both of them. My luck was at 50% to get my package, but as it goes in life - I got the wrong one.

Next, I took both packages and wrote a customer support letter. The team, especially Filip, is so great that not only did I receive a refund for the second package, but I also got a couple of gifts! All in all, I would recommend Tapni to anyone who needs a digital business card!! 10⭐

Hoy quiero compartir mi experiencia extremadamente negativa con la empresa Tapni, basada en nuestra primera compra que se convirtió en una verdadera pesadilla. Realizamos un pedido en octubre del año pasado, y desde entonces, hemos enfrentado una serie de problemas que han dejado mucho que desear en términos de servicio al cliente y profesionalismo.

Los problemas comenzaron con la entrega. Hubo numerosos inconvenientes, respuestas dilatadas y diferentes excusas por parte de Tapni. La paciencia se agotó cuando la empresa prometió unos llaveros Tapni como compensación por las múltiples demoras en la entrega. Sin embargo, estos llaveros nunca llegaron y, en retrospectiva, parece que nos ofrecieron esto simplemente para calmarnos.

Las tarjetas que finalmente recibimos ayer, el 16/01/2024, fueron el resultado de mensajes insistentes y discusiones interminables con el servicio al cliente. ¡Tres meses para recibir un producto que insisten en que debe ser pagado por adelantado es completamente inaceptable!

Además, la falta de transparencia en la comunicación y la promesa incumplida de los llaveros son indicativos de una falta de integridad por parte de Tapni. No solo nos sentimos decepcionados, sino también engañados.

En resumen, basándome en esta experiencia, no puedo recomendar a Tapni como proveedor aunque tienen un buen producto. La falta de profesionalismo, las demoras significativas y la falta de cumplimiento de las promesas hacen que mi primera compra sea la última. No volvería a confiar en esta empresa para futuras transacciones y aconsejo a otros consumidores que consideren otras opciones más confiables y honestas.

Great communication with a guy from Head of operations! At first I got a card that wasn't completly as per my design. After I made a complaint they sent me another one and it was perfect, vivid colors and great print. Satisfied.
Also I had tiny problems with linking accounts, however a guy from operations was really really kind and ready to help and he didn't give up to solve the problem. Great service I would definitely recommend.
