Fantastic product and even better customer service. Communication with the team via Instagram was always quick, clear and supportive. When my order was delayed with the courier, not the fault of Tap and Rate, the team went above and beyond to make sure I received my products in time for a big event. The Facebook does not work
The Facebook did not work, I sent 2 emails and made one call, received a reply within 48 hours and the issue was resolved with emails and videos sent to my WhatsApp. It was a setting on my phone.
Received a freebie too.
