Jack has been fantastic over the last week helping me find the right car within my budget. His approach and understanding of our needs were excellent. At no point did he feel like a pushy salesperson, which is refreshing after experiences with other dealers.

Outstanding service from the team at Tangelo, its been a pleasure to buy a car from the team down in Plymouth , every step of the purchase was was such a smooth experience and I was looked after by Steve, over the years I’ve bought cars from dealerships throughout the country but never had the service given by Steve, because of that service I traveled almost 300 miles down the country for the car, I just want to say it was worth every single mile. Steve is an absolute credit to Tangelo and in the future id definitely consider buying my next car from Tangelo.

Charlie was absolutely brilliant
Charlie was absolutely brilliant, we test drove a Defender 90 and he was informative and kind all the way through my purchase, and on my collection day he came in, on his day off and gave us all the paperwork, made coffee and made sure we understood how the car worked! Excellent customer service from start to finish. Special shout out to Steve for helping us all the way. After our enquiry, Steve sent us a video of the car with him talking through the specs of the vehicle. When we called when the shop was closed, he immediately returned our call as soon as it opened. When we arrived to get the car, he made us feel welcome and answered all our questions and explained everything. Very happy customer indeed and we highly recommend this dealer.

Excellent service
From initial telephone enquiry, the showroom,to driving away in our new car,the level of professionalism was superb. My vehicle was transported overnight from Exeter to Plymouth without any trouble. Our sales consultant,Charlie was a pleasure to deal with. All aspects of the vehicle exchange ran like clockwork.

Red calipers
I was looking for a particular car, and happened to notice that Tangelo, in Plymouth, had just had one come in. No photos or anything to go by, as I was so quick, so I phoned to ask a few questions (colour, mileage, service history etc) and made an appointment for a test drive the following day, which was a round trip of 150 miles. I was dealing with Steve Bunt, who is a very friendly and helpful "salesman". To be fair to the garage, they didn't really have much time to prep the car for my visit, but did the best that they could and it was clean and tidy for my test drive. The drive went well and I decided to buy the car and a deal was done. As the car was black, I particularly wanted black wheels and red calipers, and it was agreed that this would be done before I took delivery, which it was, to my complete satisfaction. It really did make a huge difference to the overall look of the car, and a fantastic job done by the workshop.
Due to my speed in wanting the car, there were a few snags after I picked it up, but Steve worked hard to resolve these and sort them out. My fault really for rushing to collect it. I am now a happy bunny and would happily recommend Steve and Tangelo.
