This is probably the best car buying experience I have ever had
I don’t usually feel compelled enough to write a customer review, especially for a car purchase as my experiences in the past have always been poor or just okay. However I can’t recommend Tangelo enough - I got a fantastic and competitive deal for my car but it was really the great service I received from the team (shout out to Chris and Matthew!) that swung my decision. Friendly and authentic but also professional and respectful at the same time. Importantly, Chris always did what he said he would, and promptly. This is despite a few delays and changes from my side - I never felt pressured or rushed.
This is the first time I’ve ever bought a car online and I was a little worried at first but after dealing with the team, my mind was put at ease immediately. The information I received including the walk around video showing every honest detail of the car (including scrapes and marks) as well as the professionalism, really built a great level of trust and confidence. Exeter is not far from where I live but at no point did I feel the need to visit the showroom. I am a research nerd and the great reviews on Trust Pilot also helped immensely.
I love the new car so I’m not planning on upgrading for a while, but when I do, Tangelo will definitely be one of the first places I visit.

A Great Buying Experience
A great car buying experience from start to finish with Tangelo. Chris Oakham, the sales representative was very helpful throughout the whole process from matching the part exchange quote I had been offered from another online car dealer, to providing me with a video of car and finally making the collection day very simple and straight forward. Love the new car and thanks for the great service, Mark Merriman
