Hi Jaspal, sorry to hear about this. It definitely should not have cost this much. There have been very recent tariff changes for USA imports, so we will investigate, and if customs have charged you then we will address this.

Bought the Tandoori Master 15 last month and have used it a few times now. Great product and you get restaurant quality tandoori/Tikka. The customer service was also prompt and very helpful and sorted out some delivery issues I had. Great Product, would recommend.

Great service
Great service. This is my first tandoor and after collecting and having a chat with the seller I felt confident that I would be able to set up and condition it. Can't fault the seller at all... he was happy for me to contact him for further assistance if needed (I haven't needed to...yet!).

Never used a tandoor before but after advice from the customers service managed to get the tandoor fired up, of course I’m still making errors but the tandoor gives you tasty chargrilled food.
Excellent after sales care, they even called me to make sure I’m doing everything correctly.
