UPS are awful.
Everything was great, amazing customer service until it came to the actual delivery day UPS didn't deliver the kept delaying the time and the driver kept marking he's at the delivery address but never arrived. I can say this because I was physically waiting for him and he didn't show up. I ended up having to go collect the package from the shop that he left it at. I was very disappointed with UPS service. Because of all this inconvenience I have given a low rating please change the courier service you use.
The dates are amazing just the whole delivery experience was awful!

Amazing experience!
As it's been said 2020 has been a strange year. So during lockdown I decided I wanted to give all my neighbours a feel good hamper during Ramadan regardless of if they were taking part or not. They truly deserved it as Covid19 isn't the only issue we've had with living in a flood risk area.
I wanted everything to be packaged for this hamper so what better then chocolate dates. I bought plenty of each flavour to distribute. I got many compliments of how much everyone enjoyed them.
I ordered on a Sunday and received by Tuesday. Such great service and well packaged.
