Helps provide a better service.

I would highly recommend Talkdesk to any customer service team.

Being able to add a caller ID, caller notes, monitor and transfer calls has meant that when our customers call, they do not need speak to a different agent each time or repeat themselves. It saves our team a lot of time and allows us to provide a better service.

10/10!

Pluses and minuses

The positive:
- Call quality is generally good.
- The ability to create a custom answering messages is great.
- Our relationship with on of the team in England is amazing and has improved quality of support.
- Support is generally quick and knowledgeable.

The negative:
- Reports have changed recently from an easy to view system to an overly complicated system. More detail, sure. For our use case it's not particularly more useful.
- "Abandoned calls" (where a caller gives up waiting) are not shown in the main call log display. Used to have to go to a separate report to view this - a report that looked identical to the main call log...just with abandoned calls added. If you use Zendesk or similar, you can get an alert as a ticket that a call was abandoned. Support/Development not at all sympathetic or interested in making the call log display more useful.
Haven't been able to see Abandoned Calls since the old report system was removed.
- Oddly, for a company that sells an online phone system, there is no phone support. You can of course call sales...

Very versatile and Innovative System

Our company has transition from regular phone line to Ring central and then to Talkdesk, and that's where we found the ideal business phone system because we have representatives that use it from the US, South America and Asia. Overall very happy and satisfied with the features and we believe this has checked all the boxed for our needs!

Great product

Great product, and very reliable. We use it to receive communications from out international customers, as well as or domestic pilot customers.

Distributed VOIP that Simply Works

Talkdesk is a simple, intuitive way to connect staff regardless of physical location. The service is seamless to the caller and lets us get our work done without needing to be tied to a physical location.

Overall Talkdesk gets the job done

Overall Talkdesk gets the job done. As a team manager, I feel that Talkdesk could do a better job having actual account managers that understand and communicate better with teams.

Solid product

Talkdesks automation and workflows are wonderful, making set up and management relatively easy. One thing to be cautious about is overestimating the number of minutes you may need as any unused credits associated with those minutes are non-refundable.

Very satisfied!

Changing from a different software to Talkdesk made many things much easier for my team and me. Especially features like listening to a live call, or transferring it to another agent, benefits our workflow immensely.

The possibility of leaving notes on a number helps us to quickly prepare of what's to come when answering a call. Our team is using this especially for more complex queries and complicated customers who are likely to return.

Would highly recommend Talkdesk!

Reliable and Customizable

Talkdesk is reliable and works well for our team. It's rather technical and can get complicated fast, and for someone who doesn't have a ton of experience with phone systems it can be overwhelming. The support is helpful and there are good training programs.
