Jeg så en strikket cardigan på deres site, og købte den.Det viste sig at være en cardigan som ikke var strikket men printet og med hvid bagside!!! Af acryl og meget grim. Den vil jeg selvfølgelig ikke beholde -- incl. fragt har jeg givet 287 kr for den grimmeste klud nogensinde. Men der er ikke en returseddel med, og det er tilsyneladende dyrt at sende en pakke til Hong Kong - 200-300 kr. Jeg prøver at få firmaet til at forstå, at de har snydt mig så vandet drev og at jeg vil have mine penge tilbage. De tibyder mig 15% refusion og at jeg må beholde kluden!! OMG

TOTAL SCAM. You order one thing and get something randomly different. What I ordered doesn't come close to what I received. You try to return the item and get a run around to return the item to the address listed on the email, but no address is given.

Sweater I ordered was absolutely nothing like what I got. I wish I read reviews of this company before ordering. It wasn't even cheaply priced! I paid $50 plus shipping for $5 quality. Pathetic. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

As the other reviews say please do not order from this company as the quality of the product is awful and it’s not even like the picture. I’m back-and-forth with the emails with them . I still can’t return my item as they are still stalling but emails back-and-forth. Which will take me up to the 14 days so that I can’t return it. They are just messing around, I have answered the correct questions in the emails, but they are still stalling.

You ordered your choices of earrings, paid for it, it arrived. No problem.....or so you think?!

They are all cheap knockoff copies of the original images shown on their website.
I thought I was buying quality jewellery, I inspected each pair I was attracted to identifying the setting and production quality before I listed my choices.
The pieces that I received are absolutely JUNK! I will not even give it to my grandchildren to play with.

The earrings are not worth the money I paid.

I strongly advise you to not order from talkdecor!!!

Worst company ever! Definitely a Bait & Switch with everything they show on their website; DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. My issues started in Dec 2023 and continue.. Everything online looks to be of quality and so cute but what you receive is anything but. All of what you receive will be the same material which is some shiny poorly made imitation spandex and the print design showing on the material; ALL of the rhinestones showing online in photos are missing and if you pay close attention which clearly I didn't the description of each item shows a season and the seasons don't match the item! The materials offered as well as shown in photos such as sweatshirt, chenille, cotton, sweater, etc I don't think even exist to them because what I received were all the same material-CRAP! I have been emailing back/forth with different people and same as everyone else, I would need to pay for shipping to them, very expensive and will probably get lost (seriously, they must say this because there's most likely no tracking info given into China and more) I was offered a 15% refund and told to KEEP the items, I said No Thank You-I want a FULL REFUND. Even before I received my order I was trying to follow up and they gave me so many excuses. I'm going to dispute this with my bank and hopefully they can credit my account. I think whoever purchased with this company, we ALL get together for a Class Action Suit against them. Can you imagine how many people they have screwed over and continue stealing from? Let me know if anyone wants to do this. Thank You all for sharing & reading my story.

Terrible customer service! Crap clothing. Return policy is a joke - told me that I have to pay for returns to China and most likely will get lost and will be expensive "The return freight is quite expensive and it usually takes a long time before we receive it;
2. Unlike the parcel to your place that was shipped together with our other parcels done by our resigned forwarder, your returned parcel is more likely to get lost during international shipping;
3. The refund（not include the shipping fee) will be transferred only when the parcel has been received and checked clearly
4.The declared value should be same with the original package, otherwise it might incur in import taxes, and make the return package fail to delivery us and return to you.
5.There need to be charged shipping fee for the original package (when it ship to you, it cost some shipping fee for us), the system will deduct the corresponding fee when we receive the returned package" Never again

Deceptive advertising. They advertised a cotton embroidered sweatshirt with metal zip. I received the worst quality nylon printed shiny item with white plastic zip looking nothing like the advertised photo.
Now their email for returns doesn’t work. What a scam.

Received a beige and brown cardigan instead of the black and grey cardigan I had ordered. Good communication via email but they failed to address their fault except offering me a 20%discount refund.
Having reviewed their returns policy which was not helpful especially when the error was not my fault I requested a bigger refund, which I got.
The cardigan they sent was an inferior product and I won’t buy from them again - I think it is a scam using images of items not actually available as I asked if the original item was available and had no answer.

This is a terrible shop with the lowest quality of items I have ever seen! And to make a return it is so difficult - they doint reply for few days, then they send a mail per day asking if you really want to return and then saying the return RECEIVAL should be done within 15 days and ask you to use the slowest mail for the return and pay it yourself!
