The news letter is excellent. Very easy to create. Suits our family as we are geographically spread and it allows us all to contribute as we go. Mum loved the newsletter. Easy to read and view and keep up with the family. She can also reference it easily. So far we are delighted. Great job and excellent value.

An excellent thing to do for an elderly relative who is not so “au fait” with modern technology. The Taletrove newsletter is beautifully printed and presented and my 92 year old mother looks forward to reading it every month. This is a great idea. My mother in law really enjoys getting the newsletter. She keeps them all and looks at them over and over. There are other ways but we use the WhatsApp group option which is really easy to use and also means we all get to see what other family members have been up to.

This is a brilliant idea and the company are really helpful. I have a subscription for my mother who is particularly sighted. She can receive her magazine in large format. It keeps her in touch with what our family is doing.

Fantastic way to keep elderly non-technical relatives in the loop. Grandma loves getting her monthly newsletter showing what her scattered family have been up to and to share with her friends. Also keeps family in touch with each other. Have recommended to loads of friends.

It’s great, simple to use and gets the family united in our challenge to get good photos every month. And my sis pays for it! My mum and dad love receiving the copy every month. My dad has dementia and he really enjoys looking at the pics - when we visit the Taletroves are well-thumbed. We’ve tried all sorts over the years to share photos - digital photo frames and all that. But we’ve never stuck to anything as long as Taletrove. It kind of makes you post with the end of month nudges.

Fantastic gift idea for a Grandparent. Helps to keep my Mum up to date with everything the family has been doing, without her having to navigate social media all the time! We found Taletrove as a way of keeping my Dad up to date with everything we are up to as we live away from him and don’t get to visit as much as we’d like to.
We share the subscription with my brother and sister and their kids so that he gets to see his children and grandchildren all on one place.
Dad praises “his newspaper”every time it comes.
Extra useful now also as he has dementia and Alzheimer’s and can no longer easily use social media/photos and videos sent by phone and email as he used to.

Would defo recommend Taletrove to others as we’ve had great service and the newsletters are a wonderful thing to receive.

I’ve had special requests which have been answered really quickly. The company offers a friendly service, which seems personal, rather than using solely AI interactions. This platform is a really simple and effective means of helping older generations of the family to feel in touch, in an increasingly technological world. My mum really enjoys receiving her copy and asked if her sister in Canada could also be sent one, so this has now been arranged.

We can’t fault the service! My mum has poor cognition and memory, so the newsletters have been such a lovely way of helping her stay connected to familiar faces in the family and keep up with what everyone is doing.

It’s such a fantastic idea and something that genuinely feels meaningful for families like ours. Thank you again for all the work that goes into it.

Our family has got together to create a newsletter for our mum and grandma to 5 grown up kids. She loves the printed photos. And a huge bonus is that we all get to share special moments as a family in the group WhatsApp.

Taletrove’s newsletters have really brought so much joy to my mother in law’s life. She’s elderly and doesn’t get on well with electronic devices so keeping up with her Granddaughters news and pictures could have been a struggle had it not been for Taletrove - particularly as she lives up on the Isle of Bute!

Sam at Taletrove always offers an electronic version before the hard copy is posted out so that you can check that everything is how you like it.

Any changes I’ve wanted have been actioned very quickly with no hassle or fuss.

My sister and I gifted a year of Taletrove monthly newsletters to our Aunt for Christmas 2025. She doesn't use any technology so this is perfect for her. She has loved each of the newsletters she has received so far, declaring enthusiastically "They are brilliant! So lovely!". She keeps the most recent edition in her handbag to show any friends she meets with. She now has a much better idea of what her nieces and great nieces&nephews are up to and really enjoys both the photos and the captions we include with the photos. It is very simple to do each newsletter - adding photos to a dedicated Taletrove WhatsApp conversation and adding captions just like you would when sending photos and comments to anyone else. The photo count and timely reminders, that come in reply to each photo we upload, are very helpful for making the most of each newsletter. I also really like the "Dates for the diary" last page where we can add any important dates coming up in the next month, so that our Aunt feels in the loop all the time.
I used to tell myself each New Year that I would be better at sending photos more regularly to my Aunt...but I have never managed it. This is the perfect solution for me. I am so pleased to have found this service and no doubt will be gifting a newsletter every year from now on! Other older family members are also soon to be getting them.

It’s so easy to do to share with my Mum who we don’t see often what her grand daughter is doing. My mum seems to be enjoying them.

I am so glad we found Tale Trove. I moved to Canada with my two young boys, so the Tale Trove newsletter is something the grandparents really look forward to receiving each month. In a world where things are so digital, it’s lovely to be able to send something in a printed format that they can treasure and keep.

The uploading process couldn’t be easier. I just upload photos and captions on what’s app whenever it’s convenient to me. I get messages about how many photo slots I have left and VERY helpful reminders about how long I have left to submit my photos before the newsletter goes to print.

Whenever I have had a question, they have been really responsive at getting back to me. I honestly couldn’t ask for more.
