I’ve been getting a lot of emails from different domains that all lead back to the same Talentcrowd site. At first I thought they were from different companies, but every link goes to the same place. It feels shady and a bit misleading.

I asked to be removed from their mailing list, but the emails kept coming, sometimes from new addresses to get around it. It’s frustrating to deal with and makes the company look untrustworthy. I would stay away and avoid sharing your email with them.

After researching Talentcrowd, I found multiple red flags suggesting the company may not be operating transparently. There are reports that the brand was created after rebranding or taking over another company, with claims that workers and clients were misled during the transition.

Another concern is the leadership. The listed president, Joshua Lintzs, has no active or verifiable presence on LinkedIn or any major social platform, which makes it difficult to confirm who is actually running the company. For an organization claiming to connect professionals and clients, this level of anonymity is unusual and concerning.

In addition, user experiences point to broken communication, unkept promises, and lack of accountability when issues arise. The company’s marketing emphasizes growth and opportunity, but evidence suggests otherwise.

I was told that Talentcrowd was simply rebranding, but the truth was very different. What really happened is they stole the original company and passed it off as their own. Clients and workers were misled into believing this was a clean transition, when in fact it was a scheme to terminate contracts, impersonate the old brand, and funnel everything into Talentcrowd under false pretenses.

We were fooled into thinking we were part of a fresh start, but instead we became part of the mess they created. The entire foundation is built on lies, and now everyone attached to it is left dealing with the fallout.

Advice: If you’re considering working here or becoming a client, look deeper. What they market as “growth” was built on deception.

I tried working with Talentcrowd after they reached out to me. At first, everything sounded fine, but once I got into the details, the communication was confusing and the promises kept changing. I also noticed they kept sending me a lot of emails even after I said I wasn’t interested, which felt pushy.

Overall, I didn’t feel comfortable continuing with them. My experience left me with more questions than answers, and I wouldn’t recommend Talentcrowd to others.
