The whole service from the initial phone call to pick up of my vehicle was very smooth.

I have used their services before and can't recommend them enough. It is a definitely a 5 star experience from the initial contact to pick up of vehicle.

I would certainly recommend this company to anyone wishing to get their car scrapped or for seeking parts for their car.

Although they only had one driver on the day, they put it out to a contractor and my car was picked up when needed. The money was in my account quickly. The service and courtesy far outstripped that shown by the company that my car was collected from.

At the time of my car pick up, I had just come out of hospital, the driver was extremely helpful and just took the keys and loaded the car without bothering me. The process is so easy and efficient, collection arranged for while I was at work with everything taken care of with no fuss. Quote was pretty much instant one details completed. On the day of collection they had a staff shortage but contacted me to explain the situation and that the car would be collected slightly later than originally arranged for. Car was collected before I returned home from work which was the result I was after as it was blocking the drive as I'd moved it closer to the road to make it a bit easier for collection. Have already received email confirmation from the DVLA that it has been transferred to them.
