I Love cooking with my Taitan Pans!
I was very pleased with the ease of ordering, also the quick shipping and delivery.
I followed instructions for the one time pan prepping. These pans are fantastic and as promised for non sticking! A breeze for cleaning up.
The best part is they are not putting unwanted toxins in my body.
My only regret is that I didn’t know about them sooner!
These are my new go to pans for cooking with. I have already disposed of a couple of my old ones.
I have been cooking for 60 years and have different pans for different cooking methods, My new Taitan pans will be replacing at least 3 or 4 more of my old ones.
My true test for non- stick is to cook eggs. If I can make a perfectly cooked fried egg and have it slide right out of the pan without any broken egg yolks, or sticking anywhere….. “It’s truly a good quality non- stick pan. A delight to use for cooking many dishes!

It was the Leidenfrost Effect explanation
I was impressed with the quality of the piece 10” pan. Then I started out to use it for some eggs….. everything stuck. I reached out to the company and Jane explained things a bit…. Still more sticky eggs… then she explained the Leidenfrost Effect. I did some research and tried the eggs again and VOILA! Nonstick 🥰. and minimal cleanup. BTW the eggs were delicious. Thank you Taitan. I cannot wait to receive the 12” pan I ordered so I can put the other company’s pans out to pasture.

Great customer service
When I received my initial order, one of the cutting boards was a little bent. I mentioned it to them and they sent me a replacement right away. They didn't even want the other one back.

The products are superior
The products are superior, the communications/updates are incredible! Taiwan Cookware is the very best one can have when purchasing cooking products. An excellent choice to cook well and stay healthy with products that last as good as new!

Beyond superior customer service and…
Beyond superior customer service and support I have received. Performance: The pans heat up evenly and fast. You do need to add a little more oil to prevent sticking like frying eggs. Handles are comfortable, cleaning is easy just follow the instructions to let the pan cool before washing or soaking. Safe 304 food- grade material used. The hammering patterns on the surface is smoother compared to my stainless steel cookware. Very pleased with my purchased and most of all the customer support you will receive.
