Yo había calificado la reseña con 2 estrellas explicado en un correo que envié anteriormente donde están los detalles, hoy 9 de enero me llega un correo de ustedes solicitando cambiar a 4 o 5 estrellas para poderme ayudar a cancelar la cuenta y la suscripción, espero que esas 4 estrellas valgan para que no me sigan rebajando dinero de mi cuenta bancaria, así lo indicó el que suscribe ese correo, espero cumplan con su parte y terminar de una vez con este asunto.

This company has charged a 6.99 reoccurring fee to my credit card and a 16.99 fee. I just found out they tried to charge 47.00 to my credit card until my credit card company intervened. This company is a scam!!
They say I ordered something for 6.99. If so what did I order and where is my order. I have not received anything and have not received any type of confirmation from anyone saying I placed an order! Take my advise, steer clear of this company!

I was told I would get a 100% refund. Still haven't received it. Then they charged my account for a 3rd time. The bank and police are involved. This all could of been an easy if they would just refund my money they stole.

I was charged a recurring fee for $6.99 from this website. It was supposed to be a transaction on Shein, then when yhe order was placed it switched to this website. I don't even own pets. So I reached out through tailseller.com's chat service. I was responded to quickly, BUT in order to get my refund, they wanted me to write a review and THEN they would issue it. So here's my review.

No sé si calificar la experiencia como buena, el equipo de escalación respondió rápido al pedido de cancelación de la membresía que yo nunca solicité, por lo cual me siento agradecido; si bien me indican que me devuelven el importe cobrado, (que fue por la compra de un producto que supuestamente ellos comercializaban y que en realidad nunca me aclararon si eso era así) todavía no lo veo reflejado en la cuenta que utilicé para realizarlo.

Watch out - this seems like a scam especially since they will not refund the charge they made to my credit card - 29.95 charged by tailsellers.com and noted as a RECURRING charge. I'm especially suspicious since the charge was for a "membership" and not a product and they won't refund me. Since I had never heard of this company, I chatted with tailsellers.com and told that the charge was not refundable but that they would cancel my membership and that I could apply the $29.95 to any purchase on their website which would give me an 80% discount. They have to be crazy to think I would would do any business with them now. They sent me an email stating they had cancelled my membership. I'll be watching.

Si bien tuve que dar de baja mí suscripción por un mal entendido,en todo momento se han comunicado conmigo y han prometido cumplir con su palabra de ser transparentes y eficientes al momento de la atención.
