Big thanks to the team for such a hassle free move. The team was so friendly and helpful from start to finish. I will be moving in 6 months time and will definitely use them again plus will recommend to all my friends and family.

We had a 3-day move: 2 days packing, one day unloading. For us, the main feature of these guys was their emphasis on taking as much stress out of the process as possible. This was emphasised in the initial assessment (which was done in person) and demonstrated fully by the guy in charge (Aki) over the move itself. Each day there were 4-5 guys, all very cheerful and obliging. They were careful in packing fragile items, although we had a few broken glass panes on pictures (partly I guess as we unpacked) and they assembled a new bed for us. They were careful to comply with our instructions and labelling for placement of the furniture and boxes. There was some confusion over the reservation of parking space, so make sure this is clarified when booking a move. There was also some tardiness in collecting the emptied boxes. Also check how much tidying up they expect to do. But otherwiswe we have nothing but praise and gratitude for them. They really did make it as stress-free as possible.

This is a genuine, honest feedback for Taha Removals. They arrived on time, quietly and with great care loaded all my belongings. Very polite and courteous. My daughters were also impressed with the way they handled the job. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Do not touch. They leave a mess, don’t take everything, go through your thing and help themselves to valuables then deny

Leading up the removal (including packing the day before, and 6 weeks storage) everything seemed to be well organised.
The packing and removal went well.
Re-delivery of the items was a pretty bad experience- the team seemed incapable of understanding how to deliver kitchen furniture like a fridge - damaging it and the walls when trying to deliver it sideways instead of forwards 🤦🏼‍♂️
I later noticed significant damage to a free-standing pantry - it had obviously hit the sideboard at some point whilst in their possession (given the matching green paint now engrained in to it).
Our solid oak wardrobe came “missing” a leg they’d detached, but assured me it’d be delivered the next day. Sadly the next day turned in to the next week, when the manager turned up with the missing leg, proud of the repair work their team had done - despite never telling me it was damaged or asking permission to (badly) repair it.
When I raised this with the company they blamed me for the damage and even told me that I’d asked them to repair the sideboard (why wouldn’t you ask a removal company to do joinery for you?!). Their essentially stopped the discussion- they operate with no accountability, responsibility, honesty or transparency. Their insurance wasn’t valid at the time of the removals, so wouldn’t have been able to claim for any damage.
Having a company pack, store and deliver your possessions should be a luxury. This company made - and continues to make - it very expensive and stressful.
Would recommend other removals companies with better reviews.

The most appalling thing about the betrayal inflicted upon us by Taha removals is that I explained in advance that my moving dates and schedule was being determined by my elderly Mother being in hospital and my elderly and very poorly Father and her both needing me to isolate at the other side of the country to act as their personal carers or my Mother would not the able to have her very urgent surgery.

Taha utterly took advantage of this and having quoted me for a full packing moving and unpacking (plus taking away any materials) service which I paid for in full in advance… they announced as they were half way through the move on the day. After arriving late; that they would not be unpacking. Having everything in writing, I halted the entire process whilst I spoke to the management team who assured me that they would send an extra person to get it done. The team however simply wanted to get home and miss the traffic. They left us in utter disarray without unpacking. They deliberately smashed to pieces one of my slightly crumbly front steps right in front of my eyes making it dangerous. Consequently I am now having to outlay thousand of pounds of repairs to make the property safe. They trashed my valuable collection of antique and vintage clothing and shoes which is my livelihood. I also later found that they had buried all my bikinis and underwear in a bag of compost. This I am afraid is nothing but pure joy in maliciousness. We were so very friendly and nice to these guys so I fail to understand why; unless it was just pure spite which to be honest shocked the life out of me.

The team checked with me multiple times before the moving day and whilst we were moving that I was travelling away the following day to be with my parents as their carers for the next 2 weeks
I had also put this I writing to them in advance maybe naively in retrospect. When we finally did get home to unpack the house only to find to our dismay the state they had left our precious belongings in and asked them simply for their help in locating a number of lost items they swiftly told us that we had to make any claims of losses and damage within 7 days or they would not honour them.

They are morally corrupt and greedy and also a little ominous frankly. At a enormously stressful and upsetting time they simply nearly broke me. It has taken me a month to recover from the hideous experience they put us through.

Taha removals provided a move out of my home into storage and a move back into my new home out of storage a couple of months later.
Firstly, I have no complaints about the guys who performed the moves, they were good at their jobs, respectful of my things and very quick.
My poor review is solely down to the management of the job. The move into storage, I was promised tv boxes and didn’t get them, despite me asking. The move back was a complete shambles, the guys were 2 1/2 hours late at storage as they were given the wrong address, the management just kept fobbing me off saying they were close by and it was the removal guys themselves who had to call me to say they were on the other side or London. This made my move and all other associated work that day late so when I asked for compensation the guy in the office I called promised this would be provided, that was 5 weeks ago… 10 emails and no reply later, I find this lack of response very poor. Despite the guys who moved me back in being good, I did ask for the same original team but had no reply to this. These issues could then have been avoided. Depends what you are looking for in a removals team but if you want a good end to end service, these guys are not for you

Firstly a big THANK YOU to Taha Team! Moving from 10 bed to a larger property the move was huge and quite daunting - but done over 4 days the whole team worked non-stop wrapped every single thing, carefully and professionally. The Crockery and China was cupboards full and each item was safely packed. With all the garden furniture and statutes I have never seen such strength!! And never once I heard a complaint at the weight of the things they moved.
Highly recommend!

The price was the cheapest quote I received even though they told me there would be 3 removers whilst the other quotes were only bringing 2 removers. This had me worried that maybe they wouldn't do a good job but I was wrong, all the guys were very professional and friendly. Initially I had to cancel my move because of a delay in exchanging but this was not an issue at all and Taha removers let me cancel at late notice which was such a relief.

On the day ofbthe move they took apart my furniture, wrapped up my sofas and beds and went the extra mile at my new place to make sure furniture went into the rooms I wanted even where it looked like it wouldn't fit. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who's moving.

We had used quite a number of removals in London and this company is the BEST EVER! The driver named Costa was very helpful, polite, punctual and fast! He made our move so much easier and even enjoy the process. Normally moving can be stressful but Costa really went overboard in helping us and looking after our every item. AMAZING!This is a RARE find. I highly recommended to my friends and family!

Can't recommend highly enough. I used the guys to move me out of my flat and into storage, while I wait for my new place to be ready. They arrived well on time and I was so surprised how quickly they managed to get everything out. Really friendly bunch, nothing was a problem for them. I am in the process now of booking them to finally move into my new place.
