Customer service is superb. I was late to sign up for the trial service, but two day's past the deadline they provided me with a new link to sign up for the lowered rate (50% cheaper) for a 30 day trial. Now 9 months later I am certain i will remain a lifer. My account size has almost doubled. The market analysis section is simply fantastic
Joined 3 months ago and am very satisfied. Customer service is excellent, they responded to all my queries in detail and there was always a follow-up email to see if the issue was resolved. I must say that was a pleasant surprise as I am used to getting no answer or one-sentence answers from other services
I subscribed but due to a change in circumstances had to cancel soon afterwards. They were brilliant in cancelling my subscription,no questions asked. Totally refreshing change from many services where it is nigh on impossibe to cancel once you have been ensnared.
As and when my circumstances change I will definitely re-subscribe.....and not cancel :-)
The trial subscription is a great addition. I hesitated to join 15 months ago because I did not want to spend 50 bucks to find out if this service was for me or not. But with the trial rate of 24.99 I was willing to take the plunge; so far so good. Customer service is great, and they are responsive; Mabel responded to all my questions and provided detailed answers which are something I really appreciate from any service, so kudos to them on that.
I am also happy with my gains, so far over 70% of the stocks I purchased are profitable, 20% are in the red and 10% at breakeven or with small profits.
They look at the stock market from a very different angle, so taking the trial option is the best route, as this way you can see if the service is for you or not without spending a lot of money.
It’s been four weeks since I joined and here’s my take
Customer service is excellent as they go out of their way to answer all your questions and the response is very detailed.
The trading methodology could be tricky if you don’t allocate time to go over the materials they provide. To their credit, they state this in the welcome letter.
Cons
The only con I could find, and it's more a personal bias is that they don’t seem to allocate too much time to fundamentals. Their approach utilises mass psychology and Technical analysis, but the main focus is on what the masses are doing. However, despite this shortfall, their results are great. I purchased two stocks and two options, and today MNST surged higher on a great earnings report, I bought the calls for 1.25, today they are trading at 3.65. The other option is 10% in the red, but even if it turns out to be a 100% loser, I would still be in the black. On the two stocks, I purchased they are both showing small gains.
Word to the wise
If you try their service, my advice is that you allocate at least three weeks to getting used to the way they trade. Read all the material and then paper trade. If you hit the ground running, you might not fare so well.
First of all the customer service is outstanding which is something of an anomaly in the financial newsletter world.
Their take on Mass psychology is second to none and the way they combine Mass psychology with technical analysis is superb. They called the bottom in 2018 perfectly and when everyone was stating that the markets were going to crash from Nov 2018 to Jan 2019 they went on record to state that it was a great time to buy.
I4 months later my portfolio is doing very well and I am a happy camper. I plan on being a subscriber for a long time to come. The service has paid for itself more than 10 times over.
