Tactical Distributors Omdömen

Ordered a $600 jacket from the site before Christmas with $5 overnight shipping. Never shipped. Followed up days later by phone and was promised by Ms. Taylor Stone that it would ship that day (Dec. 26). Never heard anything nor did I receive a tracking number so I called again Dec. 27th to be told that the warehouse had left but that I would get a call back today, Monday, the 30th. No call, no followup - nothing. Not happy. This will be my last order with TD despite spending over $8,000 with them this year.

Absolouty shocking service. I ordered something that took over 2 months to be shipped I then asked if I could cancel the order. The admin lady sent me a form which I filled out three times and still they did not refund me. After promising me that I would get my refund they then sent the item that I no longer needed as I had bought it elsewhere.

My order #200173876 from 20.08.2019 was canceled 5 minutes after payment of the order, the money was still not returned to my card !!! I wrote 3 letters in support of the store and never received a responce!

Great service! Quick response and delivery

Over all awesome company.. great gear, edc grey man. This company has never let me down. I've placed numerous orders and referred multiple people. All transactions have been smooth, accurate and rapid. Thank you guys for equipping me us with the proper gear for our lifstyle.. prices are pretty unbeatable for the quality of kit compared to competitors.. cant go wrong. Good luck and God speed!.

Very Bad! Say away!
Struggle to get my order for over a month, also didn't get my refund for item showed as in stock but was out of stock.
Got lost of false excuses why the parcel was never picked up or it fell behind a table.
Don't bother using them.

Great sales, selection of gear and fast shipping. Can’t beat it!

Smooth Customer Experience - Very responsive customer service team and quickly rectified my questions and requests. Would shop with them again.

Outstanding service. Will buy from them again.

I love these pants! They stretch everywhere they need to and the pockets are great! The only reason I’m giving them a 4 out of 5 is because I’m worried the seems on the legs are beefy enough. When I’m putting them on and taking them off I can see light through the sewing needle holes quite clearly. I wish they were reinforced or something because I’m sure I will wear through them soon or the stitching may bust and the seam split.

Solid Company. I have purchased items from them for years and have always been extremely satisfied. Fast shipping as well.

Great shipping times. The last item that I purchased was the Shaolin Hoodie. The body fit is perfect but the sleeves are so tight that it is hard to put on. I think it was made for skinny people.

Excellent, my pants arrived early great fit thank you

Very nice, shipping was a bit slow but since it’s clearance can’t complain at all

Need some variety. I love the product , but to be on a subscription on the month and receive the exact same product 2 months in a row is a buzzkill

Aside from the shipping company used . The company it self and the product are great ! Customer service was excellent .

I've always loved your products prices and speed with which you guys deliver !
