Taclight Omdömen

As always bang on service no problems at all. What more could you want.

Bought an old Surefire into the 21st century. very good conversion.

I had an issue with a data upgrade in my XP50 Trail thermal. I spoke to Tom who talked me through a couple of solutions, these didn’t work. Tom then arranged for DPD to pick up my thermal at the house, sort the issue and return it again. All within a week. Would have been sooner had U not asked for delivery to be delayed. Tom went above and beyond with his customer service and he and the company are to be applauded for it. I would most definitely recommend NightSpark. Not only is their customer service and after sales service FIVE STAR , they are also excellent at price matching and supporting their customers. I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone to use NightSpark and will certainly be using them again myself. Keep up the good work. Mike

A really honest & Great company to purchase from.
Tom Lister was very helpful & knowledgeable about the different products & I’d highly recommend him!.

As with every purchase I've made with this retailer an excellent service with 1st class delivery and secure tracking provided.

THANK YOU TOM FOR ALL YOUR HELP AND ADVICE ALL ALONG THE WAY. PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE FROM ORDERING TO TORCH ARRIVAL HAS BEEN EXCELLENT.
10/10 WELL DONE.

The light is good and the shipping was extremely fast, also the price was ok. The problem I had was there was no charge with the light and it wasn't clearly marked on the website or on the box

A good company. Prompt delivery, will keep using this company.

A***** Klarus RS80 GT Rechargeable 3 LED Searchlight with 10,000 Lumens. Purchased this on the 03.02.20. Received 04.02.20. Packaging excellent. Delivery time excellent. Beautiful flashlight, decent company and decent people to deal with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TacLight UK & of course excellent torch. Very Bright, simple to use, sturdy, comes with a protective plastic case, USB charger & Mains charger included. Charger & Torch have a LED showing Red or Green. When fully charged both LEDs are green, low charge is obviously red, flashlight has a side LED for reading etc. Very nice feature. This was recommended by TOM - such a nice person, Fantastic company to deal with. Wire was missing, sent a new wire though DPD couriers following day, with some extra freebie torches.

Easy to use website. The Trident webpage was great but the descriptions for some of the accessories such as the Remote switch and the adjustable mount that I wanted were rather weak and meant that I had to phone for further clarification

This was an absolutely first class experience from the minute I clicked the Buy button. All information regarding purchase & delivery was emailed so knew exactly what was going on. DPD then arrived & delivered bang on time. Can not fault these guys & if only all other online purchases were as well processed & carried through. Highly recommended based on my experience. Many thanks.
