Very pleased with torch adjustable beam would recommend

Excellent people to deal with, they were really helpful- very clued up on their products
Well pleased with my purchases, arrived sooner than expected.

Fast and efficient. Many thanks

Great service, placed order late evening and the torch arrived two days later, very well informed on the delivery status.

Assiduous if not always perceptive support.

Excellent service provided and swift delivery

Excellent service all round - highly recommended

Great service As a delivery driver i rang for advise and received a recommendation straight away. Even promised to get it on the imminent despatch of goods that day.

No email asking for ID AND a utility bill (even though my address is on my ID, so why are both needed)
Just an email with order confirmation and then it never turned up
Very slow replies and i had to find the payment on paypal (glad i used them!) To get in contact, i originally thought id been scammed, but they were waiting on an ID, of which they hadnt asked for, just left my order sitting for weeks.
Terrible and stessful, wouldn't order from here ever again.

They allowed me to purchase it from there website and then told me they don't have it in stock

Very quick delivery..
Will use again very soon

Good product, good communication

Great service, arrived on time. Solid product, best I've bought so far. Thank you.

Good website and prices were reasonable; wanted torch specifically for policing work. Came quickly and well packed. Torch is tremendously powerful; very impressed.

Great selection of high end products, with an excellent customer service. Highly recommended, will always get my torches from here, best in the UK and Tom is very helpful.
