I ordered a dress on the website, they offered to make some adjustments to make sure it fits me but when it came, it was still too small for me. I reached out to them to explain the situation and to my surprise they offered to make me a new one with my measurements omg I screamedddd... to make long story short, I asked if instead of making that same style, if I can give them the style that I want since they were going to do it up from scratch. Andddd they said yesss, omg I couldn't believe it. The dress came on time a day before my birthday and it fits me just perfectly. I got a lot of compliments and I love love my dress. My experience has been beyond amazing! I ordered my daughter prom dress and it looks stunning! I ordered early thinking the processing time would take a while. Her dress was sent to me 3 weeks later. The quality of the dress is top tier. I asked them to match her skin tone and they did. I have no complaints about the dress or the service. The communication from beginning to even after the delivery was awesome. My daughter loved the dress and it fits her perfectly. No alterations needed.

Most amazing service ever! I’ve come across many tailors and gown pages on instagram, Tik Tok, websites and none of them met my needs and were never accommodating. I was extremely desperate for a last minute high end dress due to another company catfishing me and taking $1,000 away from me. But when I came across Tabja, I was blown away by their service. Firstly their communication was unbelievably incredible and efficient. They accepted all of my requests when purchasing one of their dresses, they updated me on everything, the dress itself was beautifully made, high quality, hand sewn and crafted with passion. I will never forget how much they’ve saved me for my sisters wedding, shipping was incredibly fast. Before I came across them I had no hope, and I was running out of time, but once I got in contact with them, they made my whole year, I actually got emotional. THANK GOD FOR TABJA! I’m a November 2025 bride and I lost my mum in January 2025 to medical negligence. Needless to say, having to organise my wedding in 3 months while grieving my mum was not ideal - not only because of the time restraints, but because I had already purchased a custom-made wedding dress from another retailer in Kosovo who unfortunately did not meet my expectations. So I was forced to purchase another dress with limited time - I’m talking weeks before the wedding. I decided to go for Tabja, not only for their beautiful designs, but because of their quick communication and ease of answering any questions I had, which other brands could not do, despite being simple questions. I am so glad I did. Not only were they able to create a beautiful custom wedding dress for me under strict time conditions, this did not impact the quality of the dress. Even though I received the dress in my hands only 8 days before the wedding (not their fault, this was due to the other brand’s failure to deliver me something to my standard in time), I was ecstatic to receive a dress that lived up to my expectations. I cried when I saw it in my hands - what a relief after such a headache of a few months dealing with the other brand! No need to think about any other brand or worry about their quality or customer service - Tabja is your answer for peace of mind, attention to detail, quality, kindness, compassion, and attentive care. And on top of that, they gave me a free little gift with my purchase. THANK YOU TABJA I LOVE YOU!
