Great team! They did a great job getting my site ready to start processing payments. Very professional!
Stay away
Stay away. We signed up in June of 2018, they held funds in reserve and then cancelled our account 6 weeks later without cause and would not give a reason. They are still holding those reserves 6 months later. We keep having to write legal @ t1payments.com and are sent back responses to just keep asking them for it.
Reserves are generally held for 120 days which is the length of time that a chargeback can be initiated this has now been nearly 6 months.

Running a SCAM operation!!!
We were signed-up with this payment service provider called T1 Payments. In the beginning, they promised a lot of benefits with their services and everything went smoothly for 2-3 months. However, they started showing discrepancies and delays in the monthly payouts. After numerous complaints and countless hours on the phone with their agents, we decided to let go of their services. They said that they will be clearing the dues in the next 30-45 days, however, we’ve been trying to get a hold of them for 8-9 months and there’s no response from their side. Seems like they just try to lure in high-risk business and pretend as if they’re running a legitimate operation, however, they end up scamming people out of their money. T1 Payments doing something very shady and are surely running a SCAM operation!!!

Customer service is always easily accessible and very helpful. Also a big shout out to the finance department they did a great job of explaining my bill and fees so I know exactly where all my funds are going and what they are being applied to.

I worked with Alex and Hector at T1 Payments. I have never had such a positive experience with a merchant provider.
Received responses form my emails in literally minutes from both Alex and Hector.
Was able to call Alex and get in touch with him easily throughout the day.
When initially filing the inquiry on the website Alex called me the very next morning and we were off and running in no time.
Needed to have my account up and running within a few days and as a team working together we were able to get it done.
I was able to have my account on boarded within a few days.
It has been months and months working with different merchants to find one that actually cared about the customer.
