17 Track are a 100% scam. Anyone posting on here to say otherwise is part of the scam. After 21 days it said package delivered, but it wasn't. They don't tell you who the supposed carrier was to contact them. The supposed site we ordered from was Mountain Warehouse...I do believe that they will be aware yet have posted no warning on their site.

Scam
I ordered something almost a month ago and still haven’t received it. Have emailed the “company” and still haven’t heard a thing. Now after 22 days When I checked my status the status is changed to Delivered.
Even I did not receive any call.

17TRACK Is a great big SCAM. I’ve ordered numerous items during 2023. Supposedly coming from China? I have not received one of these items. I’ve contacted 17TRACK plus the sellers numerous times promises, promises promises, but never received the goods. BE WARNED The tracking numbers they give you are all fake. I’ve paid daily for my mistakes

T.17track.net created a false tracking trail claiming completed delivery after 12 days. The following worked together in this scam: shoethappym.com, no-reply at shopneo.shop, and support at dp-reduce.com. The latter urged me to check with the post office and the neighbors. E-mail to support at shoethappym.com bounced. USPS had no record of the shipment.
American Express reversed the charge shortly after I disputed it.

As others report, site works in concert with scammers who do not send anything, yet provide all manner of "events" for ghost parcels... even bogus delivery.
USPS.com *will* have information on legitimate packages from China, but sure enough - nothing on the TWO bogus shipments "tracked" by 17Track for me.

It's a scam site.

From Sainop.com, i ordered a beach cart for over 80 dollars, and after 16 days i recieved a small pair of cheap white socks. The sites phone number and emails do not pick up or respond either. i got scammed, if anyone can think of websites and or government officials to report them to so this doesnt happen to too many more people, that would be appreciated. i reported to the U.S FTC, but they seem to be in China because that is where it was shipped from.

T 17track m'ont demandé de laisser un avis sur Trustpilot, ils ont en effet été très rapide à ma demande de renseignements sur mon colis bloqué en Belgique, m'ont donné la marche à suivre et donné le site "Colis Privé" qui devait acheminer mon colis jusqu'à mon domicile. Effectivement, T 17tract, ont été diligent pour me renseigner. Mon colis est toujours bloqué en Belgique sous la responsabilité de "Colis Privé" depuis le 1er Août, j'ai bien peur de ne jamais voir venir ce colis.

Scam, this outfit provides fake tracking details and claims delivery for packages that don't exist because the seller is a scammer who never sent anything, they just take your money and try to string you along.

Scam company. Despite tracking saying parcel delivered on 20 May 2022 it was not.

17track.net (aka t.17track.net) is a fake parcel tracking service popular with e-retail scammers based in the PRC. The site fabricates tracking updates and false delivery status, each update reported partially in Chinese and English. These updates are revealed as obviously faked when translated to full English by a service such as translate.google.com.

The site offers no means to report false tracking information, a failed delivery. or trace a package, as I learned recently as a victim of a failed purchase from online scam retailer poxdto.com, also doing business as sainop.com.

DO NOT trust the positive reviews listed here. TrustAdvisor is sufficiently well known to e-retail scammers for them to post fraudulent defensive reviews. Reviews of 17track.net posted to other fraud reporting sites tell the same sordid story about this criminal operation.

Complete scam. Ordered something and recieved an order email, order can't be tacked, recieved no dispatch email almost 2 weeks later so emailed the customer service emails, there are 2 different ones. Heard nothing back and then email conveniently bounced back 'unable to send return to sender'. Don't buy anything from this website
