Loving the gear i got, The brand never misses, been following Synical since late 2020, The Price to Quality caught me off guard not gonna lie. The sweater i received feels hella premium and the T-shirts are really comfortable as always. I never really had an issue with the orders, everything arrived on time!

disappointing service. ordered a zipup in august of 2025, it was delayed. followed up with multiple messages, responses promising shipment within the following week. did not receive any real package until the end of july 2026. was promised a refund and arrival after the year long wait, package shows up and my order was marked as out of stock and theres a random hoodie inside, wrong style and color. still haven’t received my refund, reached out multiple times and repeatedly have been ghosted.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Horrible customer service. Started around july 2025. Made me wait 1 year for a hoodie that never came. They would tell me “your order will update on monday” or “the tracking code will update next week” and it NEVER does. And when i confronted them about it for basically lying all the time this past year of waiting, they are the ones that have the audacity to get upset and retaliate with petty remarks. Like 6 months in, I wrote a negative review about this experience, to which led to them offering me a deal that they would give me the exact hoodie i wanted for free in exhange of me deleting my negative review. I accepted but instead of me getting the hoodie, i was met with the same lies months and months, and the one time they did ship me something, they shipped me a totally different hoodie, which was not the agreement. So after for waitinh for more than a year for this hoodie, i finally give up after the numerous lies and horrible customer service this company has. Do not support or buy anything from this pos of a brand.

Synical replied saying they shipped the hoodie for free. First of that is a lie they shipped me a completely different hoodie that wasnt agreed upon and it took like 6 months of haggling and ghosting from them. Anyways dont buy from this typical instagram brand

If I could, I would give this brand 0 stars. I placed my order on June 13, 2025, and I'm still waiting for anything to happen with it. I contacted the owner on Instagram and sent countless emails, but they kept telling me that my order would be shipped very soon. After some time, we agreed that the items they had in stock would be sent first, and I would receive a refund for the rest. I tried contacting them again to get an update, but shortly after that they completely stopped replying. It wasn't a small order either, so I lost a significant amount of money. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and stay far away from this company. I would never recommend buying anything from them.

Wish i could put 0 star. Terrible experience order wasnt shipped after 6 month ordering , sent multiple email to get a refund with no answer i had to contact the brand in Instagram , basically it took me 2 months to get a refund . The owner promise me free stuff to excuse themselves for their inefficiency which he never sent . Absolute garbage brand dont waste your Time

Been with Synical since 2021, and the quality and artistry has only gotten better. Dan has been making something special here.The trade tariffs kept my packages in limbo for a year and some, but clear communication and even provided me refunds while still getting my stuff, genuinely could not imagine another brand doing that.

They have great customer service with fast responses. They're products are amazing quality and are bound to last awhile. This was my first time buying from a smaller brand and they met all my expectations. Could not recommend more.

Shipping times can sometimes drag on as tends to happen with small businesses, but they always will make it up to you in one way or another. More importantly, the quality of the products are always top notch, some of the most eye catching and unique designs out there in this niche. Customer support is responsive and helpful as well, and the wait is always worth it for what you get.

The wait times are long but when you’re buying preorder it’s to be expected. Been buying stuff from Synical for a couple years now. The customer service is always on point and the quality on their hoodies are always good.

I gotta say quality of clothing is very very nice some of my favorite sweatshirts are from this brand. Everything is nicely styled and great material. The only thing taking points away is the shipping, the shipping takes a while but it’s worth it when you receive the item. Other than that the communication is solid and products are solid so 4 stars.

I’ve noticed it’s a pattern for synical to not only delay packages by 6 months + to the point where it’s become a running joke in the discord server. I ordered a gift for my boyfriend’s birthday and even paid expedited shipping only for my package to be delayed 8 months. Emailed them multiple times throughout the whole process and they’d respond when they felt like it. Sent me 4 different shipping trackers for none of them to come in. Finally once I was able to get a hold of them again they told me they’d finally ship my order out only for it to arrive as the wrong item :/. Emailed them again and they the proceeded to tell me the item I ordered months ago was out of stock and they replaced it with an item worth more and a full refund. Haven’t received the refund yet but there’s still time. Needless to say if you like having your packages arrive on time and it being the correct item I would avoid ordering from this business! Side note turns out my boyfriend who has ordered from them multiple times has always experienced months delay with his packages.

Used to order their stuff on drop day and they’d update everyone on when things would ship out. I’d get their stuff in less than a month. As of recently my last three orders were a horrible experience. First was extremely delayed by like 3 months. The second I had to cancel because I got tired of waiting 3-5 months for just 1 hoodie. The third order after giving them one last chance was the worst yet. They had a sale on one of their items and we ended up waiting 9 months to receive a “free item” I don’t even want. I got my money back but it’s like I basically lent them $100 bucks for that time. I charged back all my other late orders but I really wanted this one so I decided to stick it out, worst mistake. I could conceive and have a kid faster than their shipping. Won’t order again.

Their shipping information claims orders will be shipped within four weeks when I inquired they said they were delayed and they were getting shipments. I started buying from synical in 2021 and it’s been so cool to see them evolve. Always coming out with new products and i love everything i have. Just recently picked up a synsport zip and it’s unreal.

Picked up a couple of things, got a really nice hoodie that I am extremely happy with! Professional quality and they even threw in free stickers + a coin for their 5 year anniversary. Eager to see their upcoming drops!

Everything I buy from Syn is always great, the quality and price points are hard to beat. Dan is super attentivite with everyone in the discord. Love the community. Will always shop here!

Fraud. Untrustworthy brand. Been waiting half a year and NOTHING.

I got my son 2 Speed zip ups and a few tee shirts for school, he was very happy with everything and had been asking us to purchase from here for a while. Shipping took a couple weeks but the support team was super communicative and helpful! We will be back for sure!

I placed an order for two shirts from this company on April 4th, 2025. For the first three months, I received no updates at all. After reaching out by email, they responded saying I could either get a refund or wait longer, estimating another two to four weeks. Since I still wanted the shirts, I agreed to wait.

A couple months later, I still hadn’t heard anything. In August, they emailed again saying the shirts were finally coming in and would ship out within a couple of days. That gave me the impression my order was finally being fulfilled, but that never happened.

Months continued to pass with no shipment. This is especially frustrating because I had previously ordered two hoodies from them, and even those took around three to four months to ship. At least those eventually arrived. This time, it has now been about a year and I have received neither the shirts nor a refund. I’ve continued trying to email them, but now they won’t respond at all.

I really wanted to support this company because I liked their clothing, but the lack of communication, broken promises, and failure to deliver or refund after a year is unacceptable. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend ordering from them.

I ordered a button up hoodie and a speed zip up, was super happy with the quality and how fast everything came. These were great for the winter and definitely will be shopping again.
