Full marks. They were helpful in choosing a charger, available to install it quickly, competitively priced, and did a nice job with the install. Would highly recommend them.

The team were on time on a wintry morning and got straight to it. They were able to install where we had chosen and provided a quick and clean install. Power was out for less than 10 mins to swap in the Charger which is necessary and they gave good warning and were bang on how long it would be out for with all the prep done before hand. Would recommend to friends and neighbours looking for a home charger.

From the quote process to the installation, Synergy EV have been superb. Their online quote process is great - take photos etc. of where wanting to install etc. and the advice given by the company on which charger to install was instructive and helpful. Could have 'up-sold' a more expensive charger (for solar panels) but clear advice given about the viability/ cost benefit of this and advised a cheaper alternative (Easee).
The two engineers who came to do the installation turned up on time with a warning phone call 30 mins prior to turning up. Very efficient and tidy.
Haven't actually got my car yet so haven't tested for operation yet. But so far would highly recommend.

The whole experience was an absolute breeze. Left my details on Easee website and had a call back from Richard at SynergyEV within 48 hours. We agreed a price and he and Luke came out two days later. Fitting of the charger was no problem, they then tidied up and went through how the charger app works.

Great advice and communication throughout - I was never left in the dark, and the advice given was very helpful. The guys stayed to get the job done, and even came back the next day, and the next day, to fix an issue. Great team - will use again, and would recommend.

Synergy EV provide a great service from start to finish. They responded quickly to my initial enquiry and made some great recommendations. The team arrived exactly as planned and they went above and beyond my expectations when it comes finish and attention to detail. Luke clearly explained the operation of the new charger and they left everything clean and tidy. I couldn't recommend then more.

Cannot fault Synergy EV. Our whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. Stevie was very friendly and knowledgable on the phone when going through the installation process and went out of her way to book us an installation before our EV was due to be picked up.

We had a call the night before the install from Luke to let us know they would be arriving a little earlier than anticipated, followed by another call half an hour before they were due to arrive on the day.

The install itself was fitted by Luke and Richard who were both friendly and professional. They ran through the installation with us and managed to find a way to run the cables via the underfloor void to avoid having any ugly wires showing. Everything was left clean and tidy.

We are very impressed with the way they work, our Easee One was fitted within the hour and Luke went through how it all worked and even left us his details incase we had any questions afterwards.

We've had our EV for just over 2 weeks now and used our charger for the first time last week. It couldn't have been easier.

If you're looking for someone to install your EV Charger, you really don't need to look any further. Synergy EV ticks all the boxes, they're friendly, knowledgeable and provide their service with a smile. We really couldn't have asked for more.

I can't rate Richard and Luke highly enough - if I could give them 10 stars I would. They turned up a little late due to traffic but they phoned ahead to advise me they would be 30 minutes late. They worked quickly to install the charger and were very polite and courteous. It's clear they have a brilliant working relationship and great sense of humour (we loved their banter). They left the driveway/area spotless at the end of installation and also took time to help me download the app for the charger and showed me how to register and use it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Luke & Richard as they are a credit to their trade and I just wish all service providers were as friendly and efficient. Thank you making this such a seamless, easy process.

Good explanation of product with helpful friendly and efficient installation

Very smooth install. Communication was great so knew when they were arriving. All done in 90 minutes, very neat job and went through everything. Cannot fault at all, these guys know what they are doing and do it efficiently without fuss. Best service I’ve had from any provider for a very long time!

The team was great. Fast and efficient service, answered any questions I had and everyone seemed genuinely happy, which was a plus!
Would definitely recommend.

H ello just had a charger fitted great service

Great process from the start - friendly and informative.
They went beyond the expected on the installation of my Easee EV charging unit.
I thought I would have to have thick wires everywhere but they managed to do the impossible.

All i can say is what a great experience I have had with Synergy EV.
I couldn't fault the work carried out by the installers in anyway. I was kept informed through out the process of the installation, and afterwards shown how to use the charger.
Would give 10 stars if i could.
Would highly recommend Synergy EV to friends and family and anyone reading this.

Richard and Luke fitted our EV pod last week and i was so impressed with their work. Clean, tidy, and very approachable and friendly. I would happily reccomended them to friends and family.

The installation guys were great. Very nice people, effective and explained how to use the charger well.

WOW that was quick and easy well for me, but Richard and luke went above and beyond with the fitting of my ev charger. They didn't take the easy route with cables and trunking like most would have done NO they went under through and around everything to make it look neat & tidy. Very friendly happy chap's and professional. They put everything back and cleaned up I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use them again. So all in all I'm a very happy customer. Keep up the good work luke & Richard 10 out of 10...
