Synergy Car Leasing Omdömen

Tip top customer service
From the initial contact with Synergy Car Leasing and still to date, they have been amazing with communication and assisting through the process. In particular, Sanj was SUPER helpful and always came back to us with any queries we had with really comprehensive replies. I would highly recommend them.

Simple process, good communication. Working with Tara is a delight

This is my second time with Senior Account Manager Jonathan Kyle and my experiences was as good as the first time. Mr Kyle was very helpful with outlining all the options available to me, gave me excellent advice and helped all the way until the vehicle was delivered on time. I would very much recommend him as a contact at Synergy.

Customer service and responsiveness to correspondence was great. Thanks for having our car delivered to us!

Have dealt with Synergy previously and very easy to deal with, car was delivered as promised.

Whilst there are many reasons why I would recommend Synergy to others for me the most important one was they took away the hassle of getting the car I wanted .

Easy to communicate with and my vehicle was delivered in a timely manner with no fuss.

I do not understand your star system and colours ,

I am extremely satisfied with SYNERGY.and would recommend them.

I was left high and dry by another lease company, they told me e last min there was no car available even though I had signed all the paperwork and was already 3 weeks into my waiting time.
Jonathan Came to my rescue from Synergy and got me the exact car in the colour I wanted. This was at a time when there none in the uk, how he did it I am not sure.
Great communication throughout and I would highly recommend him.
Great job, thank you.

I had an excellent experience with Synergy Car Leasing from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Their response times were consistently prompt, communication was clear throughout, and every question was answered with patience and honesty. It was refreshing to deal with people who are not only efficient but also personable and committed to providing outstanding customer service.

I would highly recommend Synergy Car Leasing to anyone looking for a reliable leasing company. A fantastic team and truly great people to work with. Thank you for making the experience so straightforward and enjoyable.

Forensic inspection carried out by three men in high vis jackets outside my house at the end of the lease, they expect a brand new car to be returned not a four year old one! Alleged a service was missed, when it actually had an extra one done during the duration of the lease. Sent a huge bill, despite the car being immaculate.
Would definitely not recommend.

Synergy were responsive and helpful. Tom, as my point of contact, was available to answer queries and and was clear in his communication. Would happily return to Synergy for any new lease.

Sanj, was brilliant from start to finish. Communication was spot on and there were no false promises and last minute changes at all. Everything that was agreed was seen through and I cannot fault one tiny thing throughout the whole process. We are so happy with our cars and look forward to touching base in a couple of years to start again!

The Synergy Team offer amazing customer service!

They are extremely efficient and easy to deal with...I would highly recommend them.

A special mention about Danny Foster who looks after our account. Nothing is too much trouble and you can rely on him 100%.

Dealt with Danny Foster who was excellent, would be happy to recommend!!
