The purchase online was great...lab to take the blood a little lacking
The purchase online was great. The lab I was sent to could use some improvement. If you have never done it is a little odd walking into a building & finding a room with no one in it. Computer check in is fine but a little guidance on the front end would be helpful. The lady that came & got me & pulled my blood did a good job. She did not have good bedside skills though. That doesn't bother me much as long as they do their job but you could tell by the Google reviews that it bothers most people.

We apologize that your experience at your local LabCorp was not what you what you expected, however they are a separate company from us and we only issue lab orders that can be used at LabCorp locations. Unfortunately, service quality at LabCorp locations will vary by facility.

The entire process is very simple and easy to do. Originally I thought the results were taking a very long time to get back to me. After the 10th day I reached out to the gentleman that emailed me. He got back to me the same day, letting me know the email probably went to my spam folder. Once I checked I had actually gotten my results back after only about 4-5 days. Whoops.
He kindly re-emailed my results. All within the same day (a couple hours after initial email). Their customer service is very quick. 5 stars across the board. Definitely going to be using them for any and all blood work in the future.
