No hesitation at all recommending Symphony. My lads a left hander and we've trauled everywhere for what we wanted and often felt like our business wasn't wanted. Dave has got a gem of a shop, and a great attitude. Knowledgeable staff, no pushy selling, and nothing is too much trouble. They know what a customer experience should be and deliver it! Dave, and the lads, thank you for making my son's day. We will be back, and may even bring our larger than life companion again 😀

Friendly & welcoming
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Nothing was too much trouble and they took time to explain all the options when buying my first bass guitar. I was so impressed that I went back to book lessons with them which are great. I would highly recommend them.

Order arrived in jig time
Order arrived in jig time. The store phoned ahead to let me know they’d be shipping the guitar inside the car ordered and told me when it would leave the store. Count ask for any more.

Incredible service!
Best guitar shop ever. Ordered a fender Jaguar on a Friday - the shop called me and asked if it was OK if they sent it out Monday as they didn’t want it sitting in a post warehouse all weekend. Not only that, they restrung the guitar, cleaned and set it up and it was with me before 9am on the Tuesday. Exceptional service from a super friendly and top quality shop. Nice one Symphony, you legends!
