If I could put zero for a rating I would. I usually research a little more, but as this company shows itself as Canadian I was fooled! The shoes came and the quality was horrible. They are manufactured in CHINA! If you want to return you pay for postage which would have been ok if they were being sent back to Montreal - however you need to ship to China.....would have cost as much as the shoes!! I have opted for the 25% refund................this is how they get your money!

Company leads you to believe it's a Canadian clothier from Montreal, all products are from China. Not only is the quality poor, I ordered 2 sweaters, same model, when they arrived they were vastly different. I was foolish not to read reviews and research in advance, bad company, worst product.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
From our order of two identical pairs of pants we received items of different sizes.
The quality of those items was poor and certainly nothing like displayed in the advertising.
The company refused to provide a full refund as stated in its own stated Terms and Conditions - Article Six.

I ordered 2 blouses, and they didn't fit well (way too short). When I told them I wanted to return them, I had to write 4 emails requesting the same thing because they kept trying to get me to take a discount or buy more clothes. They finally said I could return them, but the return address is China. Total ripoff.

I ordered an XL jacket. What arrived was something that resembled an XXS. I couldn't get my arms or shoulders in it.
It states they are in Montreal but everything is made and shipped from China. The tag was in Chinese and the quality was cheap, cheap cheap. Scammmmmmers!

Total scam... items sent from China not dealing with anyone from Montreal. Been two weeks and stillhas not left sorting facility in China. Look elsewhere, buy beware!!!!!!

Sylvie & Odette Montreal seems to be running a huge scam. I ordered a shirt as per the picture shown on their website. When the order was filled after a few days, I got an email showing me that it is coming from Ontario, Canada. A week later the shipment details changed to show that it now coming from China. Finally, when I got the order after three weeks (instead of 5-8 business days) I was HORRIFIED to see that the shirt did not look anywhere close to the picture on their website. It looked like it was meant for a scarecrow. On the date of the receipt, I sent an email to ask for refund. I was offered 10% refund which was changed later to 15% refund when I declined. When I insisted on full refund, I was finally sent a return form which said that the return has to go to China at my cost. No where on their website it said that the returns will need to go to China. The name of the business prominently mentions Montreal. What a scam. BUYERS BEWARE.
