I made an order through the website and later was notified that the item was out of stock. It was an unfortunate thing to occur but customer service were top notch. They reached out many times to resolve the issue. In the end I got my money back with no hassles at all. Thanks for your excellent customer service 5 stars.

I ordered 2 monster trucks for my grandkids. 1 came promptly the other I have not seen. It is 6 weeks latter. They say they had made an Australian post label but there is no item. I have sent 2 dozen emails with little communication and no responsibility. The item cost $180 IS this a scam Sydney trend keeps your money without giving me no reply or item. Shame on them!

hi ordered some shirts and they were taking for ever to be delivered. So i emailed sydneytrendshop and they were right onto my enquiry. They kept me uptodate at all times about my order and it was finally delivered no fault on their end. I was very impressed with their prompt reply and their helpful manner very good customer service. Keep up the great work.

The company was prompt in after sales service. They asked me to send a video of the glass cutter not working and gave me a full credit with instructions on how to claim it. They were friendly and efficient and the credit was easy and stress-free. Thanks for your efforts and customer service.

I just had ModernAussie.com.au charging my credit card for $99.99 for a voice translator which I did not order and I am very hard of hearing. That site appeared after my dispute with Sydneytrendshop
I immediately complained to my bank. Awaiting their action. They are probably connected to Sydneytrendshop as no-one else knows my credit card numbers

Updated. When I accused ModernAussie of stealing by charging thru my credit card $99.99 and being associated with Sydneytrendshop, ModernAussie returned and denied they are associated with Sydneytrendshop. I find this odd because a scammer after stealing would not return and deny being associated with another company.

Stay away from this mob. Still waiting on my order. Tracking number provided, telling me my order is on its way, is not recognised by the tracking system. They now again ask for my credit card number and payment of a $2:00 fee to connect me to their computer specialist for an answer. Guess I’ve blown the $60:00 I’ve been scammed out of.

Terrible “slow” postage. Stuck in china to be posted for 2 weeks now. They say they have put an urgency on the package but it has done nothing. I keep getting updates saying there has been a change in the delivery status but it is still at the same port in china. I should have read the reviews before purchasing here. Never again will I buy from here. I do not recommend if you need something in the usual time frames like other companies offer. There should be an option for quicker delivery instead of waiting up to 30 business days as stated.

The company name is misleading, the product is shipped from China and takes weeks to arrive. But it's the product itself that is so disappointing: This “Smart Watch for Seniors” may look and sound good, but a “dumb” watch would be more useful.
Yes, it counts steps, calculates calories expended, distance travelled, heart rate. It supposedly measures sleep, but is wildly inaccurate with that. Doing just those basic things, the battery lasts barely a day. If you switch on the other features like email and text alerts, it runs down even sooner.
The app is not intuitive and there are no instructions.
But what really makes it useless is that it randomly disconnects from the app that runs it, even whilst it is still connected to the phone via Bluetooth, and then randomly reconnects, no matter what you do. While it is disconnected from the app, it reverts to midnight on 1st January, so it’s useless even as a watch, until it decides to reconnect.
Verdict: at any price, this is a piece of Chinese rubbish you should avoid.

I got a phone holder for the car the wrong one was sent to me and when I contacted them they asked for photos which I sent back. They got back to me and said to keep the wrong one and they would send me a new one. I was pleased with the way they dealt with my complaint efficiently and quickly and would but again from this company

I ordered a Hydrogen water bottle. It arrived quickly but in my haste I broke the glass part of this. I called them up and was asked to send a photo of the broken glass bottle part. I did this and to my surprise not only did I receive the glass bottle but also the engine which makes the Hydrogen, the transformer and all the other bits. I am delighted with this service

Sydney Trend Shop is not located in Sydney. The Sydney address is incorrect and no local phone number. Buy at your own risk

I ordered a GPS tracker and it arrived within 5 days. Super pleased with the efficient customer service, as they were very informative, and I'm happy with the quality of the product. They replied to my email within 24 hours...to me thats good enough.

I ordered back in May 2022 and never received my order! The tracking number is useless They then changed their name and now they are back…
They do not contact you and do not reply to e-mails or calls…. Money lost…

I bought some orthopaedic shoes called toe correctors. Shoe is fine but wrong size sent. Not bothering about refund as would take too long for communication plus took too long coming from China. If I had known coming from China would not have ordered. Contacted Sydney Trendshop once to find out why taking so long ...Tracking in limbo

I should have read the reviews before bothering with this company. Numerous emails have not given details of the other items thay are to be sent. They are that bodgey they dispatched the cheapest item on the order and then refuse to provide any details on the other more expensive items. I bought an instant hot water system at a bargain price. ha ha ha Turned out I could get it for about a third of the price on e-bay. Although pretending the items are in Australia, in fact they are not. If there was a zero rating I would give it. I even said I was going to put in a disputed transaction with my bank but they do not care less.
