We were absolutely delighted to have The Laurels perform at our garden party on 4th July, and they were fantastic from start to finish.

From the moment of booking, they were friendly, professional and incredibly easy to deal with, making the whole experience completely stress-free. Their music created a brilliant atmosphere, and they judged the mood of the party perfectly.

The dance floor was full all evening, and one of the highlights had to be when they got everyone up for the conga – it was wonderful to see guests of all ages joining in and having so much fun. They really brought everyone together and made the evening one to remember.

We've had so many compliments from our guests about how much they enjoyed the band, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Laurels to anyone looking for talented musicians who know exactly how to get a party going.

Honestly couldn't have asked for a better wedding band! The three guys were absolutely brilliant from start to finish and brought so much energy. Noone left the dancefloor all night, and it was genuinely full from the first song to the last. Really talented musicians, but also just genuinely lovely people who were a pleasure to have as part of our day. They even learned our first dance song to make it feel more special. Laurels were fantastic from start to finish. Communication was great throughout. They listened to what we wanted and delivered it brilliantly. They did a fantastic job on the day - my husband and I had the best time. We were a little concerned as we didn't have a large wedding reception and thought that this could impact the atmosphere but Joe and the other band members made sure that this didn't impact - it was super lively in spite of having fewer people than expected! Guests were buzzing and commented on how they were the best wedding band they had seen. We have recommended Laurels to friends and would not hesitate to hire them again. Couldn't have been more impressed.

We hired the band Crimson Groove from SW Music for our wedding in Cornwall in August 2025. Our experience with both SW Music and Crimson Groove was absolutely fantastic and 5-stars from start to finish.

As a musician myself I can confirm that the band were really top-notch. Most importantly, they all brought great energy to the performance, and bonded in a really genuine and touching way with us and the guests at our wedding. We and our guests really loved both sets, and everyone who came to the wedding commented on the band as one of the highlights of the day.

In the run up to the wedding, Joe at SW Music was very helpful. The process of choosing the set list was smooth, enjoyable, and the results were good, ending in a list of songs we were really happy with and that included a good number of quite specific requests from our side. The initial singer who was supposed to sing in the band came down with a cold a few days prior to the wedding, but Joe did a great job at finding an excellent replacement and patiently talking me down from my (needless) concern that the new singer wouldn't gel with the other musicians.

All around top experience with SW Music and Crimson Groove and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks guys!

Due to various things I think we ended up with mix of The Laurels and Black Hearts - which we were a little nervous about just not knowing how well they played together… we needn’t have been. The music was amazing and the band were lovely but above that, they matched our energy and we all just had the best time. A special request for pink pony club and a stage invasion which was welcomed with enthusiasm was such a highlight. Totally recommend for high energy, great stage presence and professional, impressive music playing! Thanks guys.

the Rowans 4 piece band played at our wedding and were absolutely fantastic. Joe was great to talk to about what we wanted before the day and do professional bringing all the equipment they needed and liaising with the venue. All the musicians were excellent and the set just fit the mood and the setting perfectly. The guests all commented about how much they loved the music- my next event i will be booking them again!

Midnight Rouge were INCREDIBLE. We hired them for our wedding last weekend and could not have been more happy. They played our first dance song perfectly (which was not one from their repertoire list), and the dance floor was full all night. Everyone was telling us how great the band were and how much fun they were having on the dance floor. Midnight rouge are a perfect blend of crowd pleasing (without being cheesy) and modern songs, with a great funky motown sound. The vocals were also insane! We had the 7 piece band which I would highly recommend as the brass instruments were excellent. Look no further for a band for your event - Midnight rouge are the one

We hired the Black Hearts for our wedding and were absolutely blown away with how amazing they were.

There was always someone up on the dance floor and we're still getting compliments from our guests a week later about how well they smashed it. My sister has been asking for links to more videos of you playing and even if you have your own Spotify!

It was no problem for them to learn a new song for our first dance and they even allowed a last minute request for me to sing a part of it myself. 

We couldn't have asked for anything more and are so so happy that we chose you guys to play for us. Thank you so much :)

We hired Indigo Nights recently for a dinner dance. They were easy to deal with and had a great set list which we could pick from.
On the night, they were fantastic and provided a brilliant evening of dancing and singing along, everyone was thoroughly entertained! I'd definitely recommend them for any parties, weddings or other events.

The Breaks were fantastic! I had the best 50 birthday party, they rocked the house down. True musicians, great setlist, great engagement with the guests and can play anything. Thank you so much! I wish I could do it all over again. Samantha x

We just wanted to take a moment to thank the Blackhearts for the incredible performance you gave at our wedding at Nancarrow Farm on 27th November. You truly bought the party to life and created an atmosphere that we, along with our guests, will never forget. I especially wanted to thank you for the beautiful rendition of fairytale of New York. It was perfect.

So many of our guests commented on how much fun they had and how great you guys were. We know it wouldn’t have been the same without you. You played some of our all time favourite songs making the best day of our lives perfect.

What a stunning set from a truly brilliant band. SW Music Ltd did us proud with the four piece band Gold who kept the wedding party rocking all evening. Superb vocalist and excellent musicians kept on hitting the perfect note all night. Lots of dancing feet and even more wonderful memories. Thanks SW Music Ltd. You rock!!!

We used South West Music for our wedding. They were extremely communicative throughout and organised an incredible band to play in the evening. The band liaised with the venue and setup while we’re were celebrating. The band then absolutely smashed it and put on an incredible show. We will definitely recommend all of our friends and family to use South West Music
