Professional, Friendly and patient service from Cheryl
Very happy with the service we have received throughout this process. Cheryl is very friendly, down to earth and definitely knows her stuff. She has saved our business a fortune - actually as much as our domestic electric bill is every year.
She was patient and we did not feel we were getting a hard sell at any time through the last few weeks, she let us go at our own pace.
Would highly recommend her to anyone who is confused or looking to change energy suppliers.

What a great start.
Our village hall electricity was getting very expensive.
The initial online contact worked smoothly and a series of chats and mails went very smoothly.
I only hope that the transfer from our original supplier will go smoothly and the promised smart meter exchange goes well

Having contacted other switching companies it was most refreshing to have a call from Cheryl and have everything simplified into figures that could be understood,without being told how good the company was. The Switch My Business approach to customers is not forceful and I was taken through everything by Cheryl most efficiently and assured that all would be taken care of and with a beneficial tariff. A geniune service that actually works!
Initially used the website - which was easy to use, but the prices returned were 'OK' - but then Cheryl called, and everything went from OK to Fantastic. She was able to work out some amazing options for our business, was very thorough and explained everything so well. I've often found I can beat Business Utility brokers just using supplier websites - but Cheryl and Switch My Business did have be truly beaten! Highly recommended - from someone that's hard to impress!

Try Switch my business - you may be surprised!
First time I have used Switch my business & it was a very easy process.
Lorraine was very helpful & polite
The rates they were able to obtain for the business electric was the best around.
During this strange time due to Covid19, I thought that I would have a difficulty in comparing & switching electric but not so with Switch by Business
I would recommend anyone to try them out.

I obtained quotes direct from five energy suppliers and brokers and Switch My Business consistently gave the best quotes. Mark answered my questions and gave helpful advice. He was always very patient and made me feel that my business was very important to him and Switch My Business

Found the service ,support and advice excellent. Lorraine Carey was charming and very prompt with all the calls. Guided me through the process so that contract was completed successfully. Only downside was she was a Mancunian and I'm a Yorkshireman !!!!!!

Totally disappointed with the service
Totally disappointed with the service , was mis sold my electricity and unknown to main have now found out that I am in a three year unbreakable contract, would be really wary of companies like this as there is always an agenda for them to get kickbacks and they are not open and honest.
Absolutely gutted and devastated, be aware
