SWIT Airsoft Omdömen

I have been on your site many times. I know that this company produces some nicely upgraded AS guns and will be buying something in the future. Im a huge collector of AS, have many platforms. Just bought a couple mags for my new AK105 Tactical (VFC), as long as everything goes smoothly, I'll be buying one of the upgraded M4 or AK platforms. Love browsing on this site.

Walther PO-8 Luger, airsoft. It has the weight and heft to it, and its all metal, so it feels very real. Would 1000% recommend if you're an airsofter or a WWII reenactor or cosplayer.

Really superb customer service, too. My order was delivered to the wrong address — very wrong address — due to an error at UPS while creating the label.
But I just shot SWIT an email, let them know that there had been a mistake, and they got back to me the following day, letting me know about the error that'd happened and then sent me a new package — which I honestly hadn't expected. I just expected them to be like a lot of companies and kind of be like "Oh, okay, we're really sorry! Thank you for letting us know. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do!", but nah, man! They came in clutch and shipped me a replacement.

This is now the second airsoft gun I've ordered from these guys, and both are great quality and yeah. I mean, awesome service. Stay awesome over there at SWIT, y'all.

You didnt reply to my questions by mail.

I tried to order an Airsoft to Australia but he won’t dissamble it as parts and I tried by a product from him but his websites refused the order. But the website made me pay for the dissemble fee. I want a refund I’m very disappointed with this experience and tried to contact them but no response.

I’m On my second order with from SWIT and so far so good. They are simply great! I will always be a returning customer of theirs. Answering all my questions and concerns in a timely manner, Having amazing selection of hard to find replicas, even willing to help me obtain other replicas not listed. Compared to others in the Airsoft industry I believe they are the best and other company’s that I’ve dealt with should strive to be like them. Thanks for the fast and smooth transactions!

I lost my order number and got in touch
with swift Airsoft. The next day they sent me my order number along with the progress of my item. I was the first time i used Swift Airsoft so a bit sceptical. I should not have been sceptical as they answered eveything I asked in good time.

Ordered a airsoft postal paid for 3-5 day shipping and haven’t received it as of yet and it’s been over a week. I was told it was in testing I’ve never heard of this before from any other seller. Not happy and it’s just a scam to get more money with the same shipping

this it my first time buying from this company. This is also my first time special ordering a part from this site. They've been very helpful in answering my questions. I do hope to find myself buying from this company in the future.

The customer service responded quickly to my email and the website is very well made

Great experience: the Team could answer my pre-purchase questions via email and via the website chat, and they helped me solve an order mistake, post-purchase.

Will await for the replica, this being a pre-order.

I ordered WG airsoft revolver which is not available on any other e-shop around the globe and received it during one week only. Well done!

Lot of choice but room for improvements.
nice shop !

3rd order from Swit and always have a good experience. They reach out to you personally if there are any questions or issues and quick to resolve. Great customer service and better products.

Website is well made and I can find what I am looking for quickly. Communication is great. Thanks, James Maupin

Great service, great product, always so responsive on communication and was very easy for purchase! My state has very strict gun laws so they made it very easy. I also had very poor communication with them as I was in a difficult situation but they were always so responsive and helpful. My product is great and In great condition! Will absolutely purchase from them again in the future

Good service

Company worked with me through some shipping issues, very responsive and respectful.

Still not convinced this site isn’t a scam. Never got my order. They won’t even respond to my emails anymore.
