First time I ordered after hearing good things about this company online. Quality and prices and exceptional compared to other companies. I was well Informed about when my delivery was arriving and it actually arrived days before the estimated delivery with RM. I also ordered for my mother to a different address, she suffers from Parkinson’s disease so I am hoping this help her with the shaking and balance. Thank you I will stick to this company now they are excellent.

Don’t waste your money
I’ve returned my order to them because after over a week of taking them every night they did not work, even taking two or three they did not work in the slightest and they refused to give me a refund even though I’ve returned them. Do not buy from this company !!!

However, as outlined in our policy, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been opened and used. This is due to health and safety regulations, which prevent us from reselling or restocking such products.

Changed my life
I suffer from severe anxiety & have regular panic attacks. I suffer with asthma & after a recent attack, my anxiety levels soared & I was having a panic attack several times a day(Not being able to breathe is scary!). I bought Swiss Peak CBD oil drops on Amazon, after researching various medications & techniques to alleviate my symptoms. I bought the 6000mg oil, not realising it to be high strength!! I didn't need to be concerned, as it works perfectly. I had 1 drop under my tongue when I woke up in the morning, then took 2 more drops during the day to "top up" & have found it has made a HUGE difference to my anxiety & stress levels. My partner says it's like I'm a different person(in a good way). I feel less stressed & more relaxed. Did/continues to do exactly as I'd hoped. Hopefully more clinical trials can prove it's efficacy & give medical practitioners alternatives to antidepressants. I can't speak highly enough of the product.

Update!
On Monday around 9am Laura from Swiss Peak reached out and rectified my issue, at first she asked for photos of the products but must have seen I had already shared this information as before I could reply the correct product was shipped out to me which I received 24 hours later. Laura also took on my feedback around providing out of hours information. All in all a positive experience after a brief issue.
Leaving original comment to show why it needed an update and to highlight the positive experience I received from Laura & Swiss Peak and would recommend after this positive experience and the products are great.
I have order from Swiss Peak twice before.Gummy products are good. For my third order I ordered CBD oil for the first time and it arrived with the wrong strength and also the cap wasn’t sealed or on properly so I don’t feel comfortable using it. Have tried to contact customer service 5 different ways, still waiting for someone to contact me. Products good, customer service rubbish, probably wouldn’t recommend because of this experience.

Got the trial subscription so just paying postage on the first order.
The CBD is was surprisingly potent for broad spectrum. I don’t know if it’s a mix of different terpenes or what but it seemed stronger than CBD I’ve tried before.
(Their oil is actually from an Indica heavy strain upon checking, quite different than a Sativa derived CBD product). It’s actually a very different experience. Much more sedating right from the outset, especially at higher doses. but less of the cumulative cerebral effects that build over time that you’d find in Sativa CBD.
The oil actually tasted a lot nicer too. More subtle and yet also more of a rich cannabis like spicy undertone that was very flavourful and reminiscent of good herb. Definitely seems legit!

The best CBD oil I've ever had
The best CBD oil I've ever had, im suffering from chronic pain and being filled up with disgusting codeine from the doctors and that's barely touching it but decided to try this oil and within 10 days I was a new man! I was going for a walk and didn't have to lean on my stick so much and twice I went for a walk without my walking stick! Awesome! It's affordable at £33 a Bottle but just now I'm getting it for half price must be for black Friday so I've stocked up with half a dozen bottles. I think it's definitely helping with my anxiety as I'm able to hold down conversations with other dog walkers, this isn't like me at all. I often look at more expensive oils and I wonder how much better they can be because this 3000mg oil is excellent!
It's quite dark with a cannabis taste and has a child proof lid

Pleased cbd oil
After trawling through various sites I came across this company I decided to give it a go on the reviews and lab testing which is good I’ve been scammed before , prompt delivery , I’m taking it slowly at first but halved the drops and to be honest I slept like a log since the beginning taking it , I’m hoping as time go by and I get up to a therapeutic dose my chronic aches due to Hashimoto/ hypothyroidism subside I’ll then maybe subscribe but so far so good im praying 🙏 for better health naturally

Glass Fragments in the CBD Liquid
I received a bottle of CBD drops with a broken glass dropper inside the liquid, meaning there were visible glass shards floating in the product. I considered this a serious safety issue and contacted the manufacturer (Swiss Peak) directly, thinking they’d want to be made aware.
Unfortunately, after over three weeks, and despite being promised multiple times that the issue would be “escalated” and followed up through their Amazon team, I received no further contact and no resolution.
Very disappointed with the lack of care or urgency shown.

My review
I use the cbd gummies to help with my arthritis and feel that they help me. I also started using the dog treats to help with my dogs anxiety and can definitely see a difference in her. If you have a canine with anxiety definitely worth giving these treats a go.

Avoid at all costs, this is an absolute scam. I paid for 6000mg & they sent a lower strength & have ignored my emails. I've reported them to trading standards. These people are charlatans. DO NOT BUY.
