KAMAL!!! I am a Canadian living in the USA but I need my SC fix each time I visit the TO area. This time at Resolution Dr in Brampton. Food is always stellar and I am a sauce fiend. Generally service at SC is good, not great but on this visit Kamal was a gem! Friendly, helpful, cheerful- how I wish all servers behaved everywhere. I hope she stays because I’ll be back.

Food was fantastic - server Kailee M was excellent. You can tell she loved her job.

I’m from out of town, but was having lunch at one of my favourite spots, Swiss Chalet in Georgetown . Jennifer was an awesome server and the food as always was amazing.

We went to your Bloor St location and were very disappointed with the service and the food.
The chicken was undercooked, the shrimp was undercooked. The other plate the fish was fine but the shrimp was overcooked, very crispy as was the other fish.
All in all a waste of money, will not go there again.

I'm a Senior Citzen and came for lunch at the Owen Sound SC. Our Server was a delightful young woman "Moeesha". She was freindly and greeted us right away....getting of drink order. There had been an unusual 'water issue' (no water) in OS and she explained they would only serve 'bottled drinks". She assured us the meals were made with care and took our orders. The meals was delicious. She came bye twice, once to see how our 'first bites were' and later to see if we wanted anything else. We needed a take out cobtainer, but also order two desserts to go. Moeesha, thanked us for coming and wished us a good day. Polite, friendly and attentive - We'll be back. Thanks Moeesha :)

Cathy B was excellant in serving us , curtious and fast. Very responsive to our needs.

Shanel was very pleasant and provided great service. Great meal and atmosphere was welcoming because of her.

We had a fantastic waiter named Paul at the Alliston location 1918. Very good at his job and remembered everything and then some. He was very friendly and funny too!! Great to talk to. Keep up the great work Paul!!

We had a great server (SINU).Took us to our table with menus took our drink order told us about the 2 can dine that's we chose. The new reservations are very homey and cozy. Haven't been to this location since before reservations very comfortable. Our meals arrived always delicious salad and chicken it was very relaxing. Asked if we were interested in dessert couldn't eat another bite we will safe that for another time. Thank You Sinu and the St.Thomas Swiss Chalet. We will be back soon. 🤗👍

We ordered to 2 can dine with Kyaira. The food was tasty. The service was fast and friendly.

Dinner after the Christmas Swiss Chalet special was a disappointment. My soup came with a spoon that was not clean and a fresh replacement never arrived. I used my coffee spoon.
My husband never received Swiss chalet sauce. Butter was not provided for his dinner roll.When on request it was provided he was told here’s extra. He didn’t receive any, there was no extra. He was played fried rather than mashed potatoes.
The soup was good but not piping hot and did seem like it was heated from Gordon’s Food Services.
I am sure Swiss Chalet always provided a couple of florets for colour in the past on there dinner plates It was a disappointment. We had to ask for a coffee refill which could have bern offered. So, dirty utensils, lack of condiments, wrong order, pasty looking plate equaled disappointment.

If I could give a negative a score I sure would. The location at Harmony in Oshawa left me waiting at Thanksgiving for 25 min for perogies and a half chicken dinner, cost just over 40$.
The chicken was mostly raw and inedible and I had no sour cream for perogies because they screwed that up too. They promised a credit for having to throw out my uncooked meal but the restaurant told me there was nothing on file.
They are so poorly run I will never eat at a swiss chalet again.
I dont even want the credit. You guys should close down.
Just disgusting in this economy to throw out 40 dollars of food.

This review applies to the Hurontario location in Mississauga.

- Extremely poor service in the take-out department.
- Arrived on time to pick up the order but no service at the front desk for 15 minutes. Order 30 minutes late at pickup.
Although I ordered online, others who were there to place and take out an order were told, after having waited 20 minutes, that their orders were not going to be taken. Needless to say, people were upset and refused to accept. The person who made the announcement then retreated back to the kitchen.
- Food was cold with one meal not having any flavoring.
- Will not be returning to this site and would suggest that others try a different franchise. Hopefully, they will be lucky.

This location was totally unprepared. The franchise knew it was New Year's Eve, it chose to be open, plenty of chickens. Terrible execution and a stain on the brand.

The best dinning experience I’ve ever had. The food came fast and my chicken was amazing! The lemonade was perfect, possibly the best lemonade that money can buy. Defiantly recommend

The Festive “Special” was a joke and an insult.

You receive a little ball of dressing, which you can tell was doled out with an ice cream scoop.
You also receive a tiny two- bite portion of cranberry sauce and coleslaw.

And of all things on the TV commercial advertising both the Christmas and Thanksgiving Festive “Specials,” in the top right corner of the screen in small letters it states ‘white meat two dollars extra.’

Really?!? How much more festive can you get than charging your customers two dollars extra just for white meat?

I think this meal was planned by the Grinch.

You’re better off just staying in and ordering KFC!

Our social committee at a condo building arranged for Swiss Chalet at Calgary Country Hills to cater 38 Festive Dinners. The manager, Max, was very accommodating to satisfy our requests, gave us a great deal, and prepared delicious meals for us to enjoy. He also arranged for delivery by Uber. Our dinners arrived hot and on time. Many thanks to Max, the other manager, and their kitchen crew. We definitely will order from Swiss Chalet for another condo dinner event. I rate them 5/5.

I ordered a quarter chicken white meat dinner with dinner roll mashed potatoes Swiss Chalet sauce and gravy.
The chicken was dried out. The bun was hard and the mashed potatoes were cold. It's obvious this dinner was sitting for hours before delivery. I called to complain and was given a credit on my next order even though I told her I wouldn't be ordering again. Useless. They got my money and I can't eat this dinner.

Ordered at the take out counter Dec 6 2025 the Festive Family meal and had fries as 2 of my side choices. The fries were inedible! You know when you have left over fries and try to warm them the next day? That's what they were like. I called and they offered me two sides and a dessert. Also did I mention everything was cold!
