Everything good, professional and of good standard as it always has been for the last 10 (?) years we have used the service.

On time, very friendly and good cars

We ordered 2 children seats for our little ones, 8months and 2.5 years old. The driver arrived and said he doesn't have the seats with him, this was a catastrophe. He also said it would be 15min to the airport should be fine, even this answer is absolutely wrong, as children's safety is the most important thing, even for 100 meters of driving. This was the worst situation we found ourselves in, as we really wanted to pay for this service so we can be relaxed, but the result was on the oposite.

Outstanding service and communication. Professional driver. We had 6 passengers , all with large luggage. He had to arrange like a Tetris game to fit into the van! Did it all at 4 in the morning with a smile and concern for us!

Amazing driver. Stopped so we could use the restroom and gave us his own CHF to use! Greet music, advice, and company. Couldn’t recommend enough!

driver did not speak english. Wi-fi not working, he did not care about it, I needed to work and I was not able to.

Really disappointing service. Booked the taxi to the airport. They sent me confirmation it was really early in the morning which made it difficult for me to find another solution fast at this time. I was waiting and no one showed up. I was calling and no one answered. Really stressful situation almost lost my flight. I do not recommend this company at all.

We booked the Swiss Travel Transfer service for our last family vacation (4 people with luggage) initially for the shuttle from home (ZH) to ZH airport. The journey time was about 30 minutes. We were so happy with the service (price, on-time pick-up, great vehicle, and driver) that we used Swiss Travel Transfer again on our way back. This is the second time in three weeks that we've been super satisfied with everything, so we can definitely recommend the company.

Klappte alles reibungslos. Wurden am Flughafen mit einem Schild mit Namen abgeholt, der Weg zum Auto war sehr kurz, was angenehm war. Die Fahrt war ruhig, schnell und angenehm. Der Fahrer Borislav Ivanov ist sehr professionell.
Das Auto war komfortabel und echt cool, da es einen roten Sternenhimmel an der Decke hatte :)
Kann Swiss Travel Transfer empfehlen und würde definitiv nochmal buchen.

Our vehicle had almost 500,000 kilometres on it and the Air Conditioning was not working. We were involved in a traffic accident & we were literally sat on the side of the highway for an hour and half waiting for the police to sort out who’s fault it was (it wasn’t our drivers fault) We were unable to stay in the vehicle due to how warm it was, & as yet we haven’t been contacted by the company to discuss our concerns.

Great Service, Relaxing drive, have used them twice now for transfers from Zurich to Basel return and have no complaints.
Cars clean, friendly drivers and meet and greet at the airport.

Booked 3 rides with them using Vito vans in Switzerland. The drivers were on time on on 3 trips. Total of 5 adults and 5 large luggage, 4 carry-on luggage, and 2 snowboard bags. They all fit in just 1 Vito van.

Absolutely terrible service. I regret not booking with Blacklane instead. We were promised a meet-and-greet in the airport terminal, but that didn’t happen. The driver only messaged later, saying he’d arrive “soon,” even though tracking was provided. This is far from a premium experience—no apology, no courtesy, nothing. I had to carry our bags to the car myself, and the ride was no better. The driver braked so hard that our suitcases slammed around in the boot. For 100 CHF, this was shockingly bad. To make it worse, I had to ask the driver to actually get out of his car and come to the meeting point. Absolutely pathetic. Avoid at all costs. Name of driver was Daniel Neykov. If you’re going to have to walk to the car park yourself you might as well just book an Uber for a fraction of the cost.
