Helpful and fast service
Really helpful service. We had a rental car issue in Germany and needed the spare key. The Swiss Travel Transfer personnell helped us get the key from the rental car company in Zürich to our 3-hours-away location in Germany without problems and at a reasonable, pre-agreed price. They were true saviours for our family!

Exceptional Service
We have used them a few times and each time the service has been exceptional. Drivers are professional, helpful and always have a smile.
On this holiday we had two bookings and each one was perfect. The booking processes was easy and prompt.

Great company and great service. We booked round trip from Zurich Airport to Andermatt ski resort and everything was great the driver polite and on time.

We have been using Swiss Travel Transfer for the past two years for transfers between Lucerne and Zurich Airport, and the service has always been exceptional. All their drivers are extremely courteous, their vehicles are spotless, and they are consistently on time.
Our most recent driver, Peycho Todorov, was no exception. He spoke perfect English, and we truly enjoyed our conversation along the way. The experience felt highly personalised—more like travelling with a trusted professional than simply taking a transfer.
