Very clear communication
Aiman communicates very well, with accuracy and good pace. Good attention to the detail and ensuring that I understood exactly what the contract entailed, she was businesslike and efficient whilst leaving me with the impression that I had dealt with a person who was actually listening.

Adil provided a great service from…great switchover
Adil provided a great service from start to finish. My old provider was contacted by SwishFibre and the switch took place on the given date without any problems. The internet speed is now much better. Would recommend talking to Adil if you’re considering switching providers

Not great
Not great at all.
Mis-sold the cheapest package because they knew the plume wouldn’t reach to the end of the bungalow. They can only solve by us paying £5 a month for a booster. Ignore what they say about size of property, floors, construction, ours is a timber framed 3 bed bungalow built in 2004 average sized.
I’m now working sat next to the plume pod and connected with an Ethernet cable, it’s the only way to be able to have Teams meetings without issues. Although they were very good with supplying a replacement plume pod, we still don't have a reliable connection. Plus if you have any technical issues after 5pm or over the weekend you can only email them. Note that the majority of positive reviews only relate to the sales team.
So here we are on Friday night no WiFi and could be like that until Monday morning. Fantastic 😳

Connectivity
This is a long problem to do with connectivity, frequent dropping and slow re-connection. Swish tried very hard to see it resolved.

Great Service
I've been with Swish for over two years and they provide a great service, although a little on the reactive side if there is an issue. 1 in 2 years so not regular.
Engineers are actually quick to respond but their communication could be better hence the loss of a star.

Can't get an installation
I have been waiting three months to get an installation. 25 phone calls, everyone I speak to tries to be helpful, but there is no way to speak to a manager, or get a manager to call back. Even the complaints procedure has no effect. The problem seems to be a lack of communication between Swish and the installation company that they use. Finally got a surveyor to come out, but two weeks later, still no progress.
It is interesting to note that there are comments from Swish fibre about the 5 star reviews, but no reply to the people that have problems.

I have been without the internet since…
I have been without the internet since Saturday, it is now Monday and nobody can give me a time, date or an idea when an e tinder may call.
I am new to swish and will start to look at what my options are now.

It’s been a few days since the installation so in a good position to assess the speed and the overall experience; I have to say I’ve been happy with everything. Scott and Harry were great and made the set up go smoothly. Next day I had a query and spoke to Aiman, who was really helpful.
