Great product (pop-up tent) and great customer service.

I had a gazebo that was great for everyone but semi permanent (difficult to move, but moved itself on windy days!). I didn’t want to replace it but I needed somewhere for my baby to be safe outside in the sun. It’s so easy to carry, pop up anywhere, take it down. The roll up blinds are great as you can block the sun just as much as you need to and still have just mesh on the other edges which gives great airflow and light. We’re moving to Australia early next year and this will be her eat for the garden and the beach.

Very much admired at the school sports day when it was keeping my baby out of the sun and we are really looking forward to lots of beach days this summer !! What a brilliant discovery...a company -Swished...selling a product - the well made pop-up tent...that does exactly what is advertised. Big tent that is set up so easy, especially for this arthritic gramma, is waterproof, can be airy, if you want it...a built-in floor...and when the grandchildren (in our case) go home, it's all folded up in a bag that holds everything ready for next time! I don't do this often but I can highly recommend this Pop-up Tent...

We absolutely love our pop up tent, it's become our daughter's little haven in the garden in summer, we even had it up inside in the winter too! Was also a fab kids area at a park birthday party. The UV cover also keeps it amazingly cool as well as giving sun protection.
I needed to contact the support team recently, pretty much as our warranty was about to expire, and they could not have been more helpful. Would 100% recommend

Don't have my product yet as its a pre order, but changed my mind on colour and Swished were so quick and amazing at facilitating this for me. 100% recommended their customer service and really hope the product lives up to the same standard.

Was excited to try out my beach tent , when it arrived it was faulty due to a manufacturer error. But I contacted swished support team who were ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT! They sorted almost immediately and were apologetic. They’re sending me an immediate replacement . 10/10 all around , you won’t be disappointed! The design is impeccable, and it’s quick lightweight and roomy. Thank you swished, will definitely be recommending you and your wonderful team.

Love that the customer service was great, they were quick to respond to my email and was very helpful. Received my order and I’m so happy with it, took it to the beach and my baby loves playing in it. Easy to setup and pack away, would definitely recommend it to anyone or mommas with their little ones!

We just recieved our horizon pop up tent 🎪 took less than 5 minutes to inbox and pop-up our new tent. The blinds/screens and overall construction looks great. Also Swished were there with prompt answers to all the questions we asked.

Swished support team were incredible! Our tent was just out of warrranty and a part broke, they replaced the tent promptly.
We love our tent for beach trips with 3kids under 4.

We received our tent within a week of ordering. We used it immediately with great success and ease.

We had a small hiccup with the strap on the opening of the bag when tightening it and it broke.

I reached out to the customer service team who were responsive, polite and super helpful. We now have a new bag in the way to replace the broken one.

Beyond impressed with the service and the product.

This company have a product that is so easy to use, is priced to compete with the market and the thought process that goes into the carry bag and fixings make it a leader.
It’s going to get a lot of use!

What an amazing experience.
I ordered the swished tent and received it in record time, the shipping was so fast.
Once I got it I realised it was too small for my needs as I hadn’t checked the dimensions before my impulse buy.
I contacted the company and they organised a return for me almost immediately, Evah was so lovely, helpful, supportive and generous, he made my whole experience easy with a positive outcome.
If Swished ever make a larger sized tent I will buy one for everyone I know.
Such an amazing company, a wonderful tent and the nicest staff ever.

Update- I was contacted by Swished offering me a free tent in exchange for an updated review. The product arrived quickly. It is ridiculously easy to put up and down. We have only been able to use it at home at this stage however I am please to confirm this is a legitimate company.

Original comment- I purchased the product under one of their Facebook/Instagram advertising campaigns.
After a few weeks I had received no shipping notification, so followed up with the company and they said there was a backorder/supply issue and offered me a hammer and pegs as compensation for the lateness of my order. Fast forward, the 11 working days they said it would take to process my order and I had still heard nothing. On contacting them several times with no response. I contacted them via social media to get their attention. After they blocked and deleted my profile from their social media sites, I was contacted by email to say I could have a refund if I really wanted one which took a long time to organise. I can’t help but feel based on this experience, and seeing that other people have experienced the same thing this company is a sham.

Good quality. Convenience -easy to open and close and carrying. Good option to have the blinds when needed. Comfortable mat. Reasonable price. Prompt delivery and thanks to Willen who gave me prompt reply and accommodated my querries straight away.

We have finally been able to use our Swished Pop Up Tent on the beach. We love it! It provides us enough space and shade to be able to sit in it all day and watch the waves on the beach. It is also warm enough to come back to after being in the water. We were the only ones to have this unique product and so many people commented on it while walking past or sitting around us. The tent is stable and the cover allows us some privacy and extra shade from the sun. My hunch is that we will see more on the beach next year. It is a fabulous and well made product and the customer service was exceptional! 😊
