Great selection of suits and a good price. However I had an issue with a store credit. Both the AI and finally the customer support person kept asking me to log in and out. clear my cache, make sure my computer was up to date. Not once did the option of their system being a problem. Finally I just asked if the CS person could process the order. After sitting there for 10 minutes (she had said give me a moment) she said she was having an issue with some yoga account was interfering. Interestingly, I do not have said yoga account. As much as I try to avoid amazon or full price and retailers stores I will not be renewing my Swimoutlet membership.

Great deals by getting a $5 Swim Outlet membership for the year. Due to the membership one receives an additional discount as high as 25% on products. The prices are excellent especially w/ the additional discount . The quality of the products are high, which I have gotten in the past so I'm glad to be back.

Buyer beware!! I bought swim bottoms which came in a tiny package 4”x6”. The price was $19.26 By the time they added shipping & tax it was $27.26.
They did not fit so I returned them. They did not refund the shipping either way & I ended up receiving only $14.27 just for trying their product. A loss of almost $13.
So if you’re not positive the items from Swimoutlet will fit……don’t order unless you are prepared to take a loss.

There were a lot of options and the prices were excellent. My first time buying a skin suit and I felt very comfortable with my purchases.

The most amazing thing was the Archies company who manufacture the flip flops with arch support did not have the Black Crystal version in stock! They were going to have to make a special order for it. I found Swim Outlet, which I have never seen or heard of, by searching for the Archies black crystal, It was a Mother's Day gift for me. We ordered it on Fri, May 8 at 12:22 PM and it came on May 9th with Mother's Day being May 10th! How perfect is that?
