Terrible, took for ever to arrive didn’t t fit. Wanted to return paid £18 to return as return address is in France.
Package tracking says delivery attempted but no answer and don’t has now been returned back to me.
I am now £60 down plus postage of £18
I still have to pay the Klarna for these! I’m now stuck with them as I do not want to risk postage back again! No answer them I email them

Ordered a named brand sweatshirt in August and after 4 weeks finally received the delivery of a really poor quality FAKE.
I contacted the company to arrange a return which was complicated and lengthy and discovered the item needed to be returned to an address in France.
I paid £11 to send the package back and another month later I am still yet to hear back from them or receive my refund and they’re ignoring my emails.
AVOID THIS COMPANY - DO NOT ORDER!

This is clearly a scam website. They send different products to the ones in the picture. Different size and make it impossible to do a return, charging for it and also asking you to pay for the postage. Don't buy anything there. It should be banned. I got a refund by opening a dispute through Paypal. Thank god for PayPal dispute option.

Poor poor quality of clothing listed for nearly the same amount on the proper store. After FINALLY receiving my item I just couldn’t justify how much I spent for what I could only explain as Temu quality. I sent my item back within the time frame and I have not even received as little as an email never mind my actual refund! This website is only good if you want cheap china clothes with the cost of expensive designer clothes as well as 3-4 week shipping just for all the threads to be coming out the clothes as well

Ich bin wirklich enttäuscht von diesem Unternehmen.. Ich habe Ende August für meinen Freund zu seinem Geburtstag eine Hose bestellt, die erst pünktlich bis dahin ankommen sollte, es dann aber Verzögerungen gab. Da dachte ich, okay das ist doof, aber kann ja immer was sein an den Schnittstellen. Sie kam dann an und leider hat sie nicht gepasst, weil die Größe M für Männer kleiner ausfällt. Also habe ich sie zurücksenden müssen. Erst mal musste ich den Rückversnd selbst zahlen. Es wurde kein Label zur Verfügung gestellt, sondern nur eine Adresse in Frankreich. Habe es also zurück gesendet und über die bei denen auf der Webseite angegebenen Email Adresse Bescheid gegeben, dass es versandt wurde und wann ich mit meinem Umtausch rechnen kann. Ich habe nämlich, statt das Geld zurück erstattet zu haben, angegeben, dss ich den Wert umwandeln möchte für dieselbe Ware in Größe L. Es kam nur eine automatische Email. Bis dahin hat sich niemand gemeldet!! Dann habe ich nochmal zwei Wochen gewartet und nochmal eine Mail geschrieben.. Immer noch NICHTS! Habe dann wieder eine Mail geschrieben, dass ich jetzt das Geld zurück will und es kam immer noch nichts. Was für eine Frechheit!! Kann ich null weiter empfehlen. Habe denen jetzt auf dem Kundenformular nochmal geschrieben und auf Tiktok in den Privtnachrichten. Es wird bestimmt wieder keine Antwort kommen. Ihr könnt euch das Geld sparen; das Unternehmen empfehle ich keinem weiter.

Die Bestellung wurde nach 14 Tagen immer noch nicht versandt. Auf meine Anfrage per Mail kam immer nur eine automatische Antwort. Gott sei Dank, habe ich das Geld über PayPal zurück erstattet bekommen.

Save your money and don’t bother with this company. I ordered something on the 15th September and have yet to receive it. I’ve sent approx 10 emails and eforms to them and not a single response since to find out what’s happening with my order, or cancelling it. Thieving company. Save your money!
Update: I had to go through my bank and Klarna to raise a dispute with this company. Took until January to resolve but I got my money back at least. Only one email response and that was after I raised the dispute with my bank.

Schuhe haben keine gute Qualität und waren auch zu klein obwohl ich sonst immer diese Größe habe. Rücksendung und Umtausch der richtigen Größe funktioniert gar nicht, man muss die Rücksendung selber zahlen und es wird einem eine Adresse genannt wo es hin geschickt werden soll aber in der Sendungsverfolgung steht, dass kein Empfänger angetroffen wurde. Habe dem Kundenservice mittlerweile 3 Mails geschrieben um das zu klären. Aber keine Antwort. Viel Geld umsonst ausgegeben.

Bloß nichts bestellen!!! Die Ware kommt nicht an, muss aber trotzdem zahlen!! Kundenservice reagiert gar nicht!!

Ich habe den Expressversand gewählt und die Bestellung wie angekündigt nach 5 Tagen erhalten. Ich hatte mich bei der Größe vertan, also habe ich auf der Website einen Umtausch beantragt. Eine Stunde später wurde mein Antrag akzeptiert der Betrag wurde sofort erstattet mit einem Bonus von 30 % des Warenwerts. Dadurch habe ich einen Geschenkgutschein über 20 € bekommen, und danach haben sie das Produkt direkt erneut versendet. Ehrlich gesagt hatte ich wegen der schlechten Bewertungen, die ich gesehen habe, Zweifel, aber sie waren sehr professionell.

Please do not buy anything from this brand. I have been emailing for 2 months trying to receive money owed but nothing is being resolved!

I had to open a PayPal case because this never turned up. After waiting six weeks I filed the case and as soon as I did, they dispatched the item. That means they would not have dispatched it if I hadn’t opened the claim. So it took nearly 2 months to get to me

I paid as much as the full price on the genuine website, and I had no clue that this company was fraud. When it arrived, it looked okay until it went in the wash. when it came out, it was all blobby and I could immediately tell that the material was cheap. After one wash it is not even wearable, and not only that, but I could’ve bought the same thing for a £10 on temu. They charge high prices making you think it will be genuine product and also the sleeve has a logo on it which is not there in the genuine hoodie.

Terrible. Steer clear!

Don't buy from this website. I ordered a brown jersey that looked really nice and good quality. Took nearly a month just to arrive and communication was absolutely terrible. I had to email Mutiple times just to get any info and even when they responded it was NO help.
The jersey looked nothing like the pictures advertise, I wouldn't even put more than $1 if I knew it would be this terrible. It deadass looked/felt like a flag football jersey that you would use at school. Quality was a 0.1/10

Leider ganz schlechte und minderwertige Ware aus China.
Ich habe ein T-Shirt gekauft, in der Beschreibung aus Baumwolle.
Der Artikel, den ich zugeschickt bekommen habe ist aus Polyester. Zudem unterscheiden sich massiv die Nähte, das Label und vor allem der Druck von der Abbildung im Onlineshop. Ich rate inständig davon ab hier zu bestellen!

Größter Mist , wo ich je bestellt habe !

64 sportliche Kilo schwer
1,61 groß

Habe einen Bikini in Größe L (!) bestellt , da mir vorher schon klar war , dass solche Seiten immer Produkte aus China haben und diese kleiner ausfallen.

Der Bikini passt nicht mal einer xs !
Meine beste Freundin ist 160 groß und wiegt 54 Kilo.
Selbst bei ihr sieht es aus wie eine presswurst , da es so eng geschnitten ist.

Aber was ja eig viel schlimmer ist :
Es reagiert kein Mensch bezgl. einer Rücksendung.
Schreibt man die Seite offiziell an , gibt es nur eine vorgefertigte Mail mit den Button retour , der nicht funktioniert.
Schreibt man dies , bekommt man wieder eine vorgefertigte Mail mit dem selben Inhalt.

So schön auch manche Kleidungsstücke sind , lasst lieber die Finger davon !
Selbst SHEIN und temu haben einen besseren Kundendienst und die Ware ist quasi gleich.
